There's a risk putting anything on or in your body. Some people go to the hospital from eating one peanut. + the one size fits all never made sense to me.
That said, injecting into muscle tissue (the shoulder) which is the vaccine, isn't remotely like injecting into the vein.
People that have been heavily tattooed are probable more at risk from heavy metal toxins continually leaching into their bloodstream than a single jab to the shoulder. IMHO.
