The dose for a human would be double the horse equivalent weight. I was using horse Ivermectin for years before COVID and thought I was good, but after reviewing the foreign studies the recommended range was .2 to .4 or .5 mg/kg…the horse dose is .187 mg/kg…so just double it and get .374 mg/kg.
When I did that, I got a herx reaction that lasted about a day and a half, so clearly the bugs were able to tolerate the lower dose and the recommended dose killed them. No more herx since and I dose on the first of the month. Other stuff cleared up as well, like a lingering case of Bells Palsy which had been a years long nightmare. So, super safe, just double the horse paste and you're gtg.
