Centuries old hatred from the Arabs wanting control of the land. There is no peaceful solution because they don't want peace. Arafat created "Palestinians." No other surrounding countries want them.

They've most recently since the ceasefire, are back to burning the land, crops etc with balloons, forest fires etc.
It will stop when Jesus returns.
