Plaudits to the Anon who created the graphic referenced within.

I noticed the years correlating to the highs and lows of the day for gold, and added notations in green for those.

Every body is different, Anon. Personally I dislike the taste of coffee, even when organic, freshly-ground and cold-brewed. I posted the research so anons who like coffee may be encouraged to do their own research and think for themselves. Coffee is much more complex than merely caffeine, and many of the compounds in it are indeed healthy, whether it works for you personally or not.

My preference for energy control is rhodiola rosea and alpha-lipoic acid; but as already stated, every body is different.
