I had a dream last night of what I thought was NC barrier islands. Everything was underwater and one of the only things visible was a stark, black lighthouse. There are no black lighthouses at the outerbanks so I looked it up.
So I googled -black lighthouse- and got: Alabama Gulf Coast. Sand Island Light.
That's all I've got.
