I tend to look at this way:

1. If it's inherently good and heals people with positivity; [DS] can't be bothered.

2. If it's inherently neutral, but can be spun to look scary, bad, self-centered, and negative; they'll claim it as theirs, corrupt it, and you'd never be the wiser to it's more benevolent usage.
