Ya so the plan was to kill every one with the vaccine, but it was a set up the vacs that went to america at least were fake, they found out so they decided to start planting the seeds that the vacs is bad, they are going to tell everyone they are going to die if they git vaxed, they are trying to start a war fren POTUS will be well insulated/protected on AF1 and abroad (specific locations classified) while these operations are conducted due to the nature of the entrenchment.
