I local radio station in my area had a commenter remarking on the fact that residents of Kansas City could expect the same. The program was said to be "voluntary" but for participants the utility could remotely raise thermostat temperatures. Probably not all they can do.. and once it's tied to your "social credit score" the sky will be the limit!
