This is from a social media (formerly twitter now gab) account that claims to be a screenwriter who had a role in writing the movie we are currently watching.
He seems to be driving a narrative regarding Julian Assange and his quest for freedom. JA was an Elvis fan (See SURFRAW and ELVI). Plenty of coincidences and deltas.
