Loopcapital is a full service tier three investment bank (eg. Tier 1 Goldman Sachs, tier 2 Lazard). They aren't tapped and aren't scrutinised as much as the big boys. A lot of their money also comes from high net worth individuals. Generally money flows easier with these smaller banks.
