Nonprofit tied to Patrisse Cullors failed to disclose significant donations
Another nonprofit started by Blacks Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Khan-Cullors has some fishy finances.
Dignity and Power Now, a group started by former BLM boss Khan-Cullors in 2013, raked in hundreds of thousands in donations but claimed otherwise to the IRS, public documents show.

AZ Senate wants to dismiss bid to access audit documents
PHOENIX — Senate President Karen Fann is taking the position that Arizona courts cannot force her or any other member of the Arizona Legislature to comply with the state’s Public Records Act.
In a new court filing, attorney Kory Langhofer who represents the Prescott Republican and the entire Senate, is asking Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Michael Kemp to throw out a claim by a self-described nonpartisan watchdog group to get access to all documents and materials related to the Senate’s audit of the 2020 election results.

Griswold implements emergency rules to block Arizona-style audit in Colorado
DENVER — Democratic Secretary of State Jena Griswold on Thursday implemented emergency rules aimed at thwarting future efforts at an Arizona-style “forensic audit” conducted by a third party.
The new rules ban county clerks from allowing access to voting machines unless that person has passed a background check and is performing a task with authorization from either the county clerk or Griswold’s office.
