the constitution for the united states of America works in context with the independence declaration. An inportant yet much ignored part of the independence declaration is the large collection of crimes of the tyranny listed which gave just reason for parting. Should this list be updated it would be enourmously enlarged to a probably biblical size.
The often mentioned Nürnberg codex of ethics is part of the de-nazification laws which were established by the AMG (Allied Military Government, today known as SHAEF) at the end of WW2 after the unconditional capitulation of Germany. They contain a catalog of crimes including according punishments which are valid worldwide to this day.
