Richard Desmond is the guy with Boris. The image with the 2 kids from 2014 when he was Mayor of London.

Richard Desmond - pic 2014:

Boris Johnson visited London’s Shadwell Community Project which is supported by the Health Lottery.

He welcomed a £10 million pledge for the capital from the Health Lottery saying there should be “an adventure playground in every community”.

The mayor was joined by Health Lottery founder Richard Desmond.

2020

The last time Richard Desmond was in the news for his ownership of Westferry printworks in London’s Docklands, he had just finished goose-stepping around a boardroom while shouting Nazi-themed abuse at a group of visiting executives.

The incident, in which Desmond also ordered staff at his Daily Express newspaper to sing “Deutschland uber Alles” at rivals from the Daily Telegraph during a dispute over their joint control of the site, confirmed everything that older media figures felt about Desmond.

He was a pornographer and a pugilistic wheeler-dealer with a fondness for cursing. In short, the fact that the self-made owner of Asian Babes, Big and Black and the Fantasy Channel had ended up as the owner of two national newspapers was a bit embarrassing.

Creepy pics IMHO

If you are interested you might find the Belmont Report helpful.

The key elements are:

  1. Respect for Persons. – Respect for persons incorporates at least two ethical convictions: first, that individuals should be treated as autonomous agents, and second, that persons with diminished autonomy are entitled to protection.

  1. Beneficence. – Persons are treated in an ethical manner not only by respecting their decisions and protecting them from harm, but also by making efforts to secure their well-being. Such treatment falls under the principle of beneficence. The term "beneficence" is often understood to cover acts of kindness or charity that go beyond strict obligation. In this document, beneficence is understood in a stronger sense, as an obligation. Two general rules have been formulated as complementary expressions of beneficent actions in this sense: (1) do not harm and (2) maximize possible benefits and minimize possible harms.

  1. Justice. – Who ought to receive the benefits of research and bear its burdens?

Seems to this anon "forcing" an experimental shot under the pretense of a "vaccine" where no animal studies have been done, no informed consent is provided and "vaccine" makers are protected from damaging effects of their products makes these guidelines a joke…

You're welcome. In another life I was involved in research and everyone involved had to review and take a test on this to maintain funding. That was a few years ago but allegedly significant at the time. Thanks for your work on this.
