Just verified; that arena is in Atlanta, which is in Fulton County, and there's a video in the search results as well (which is likely the one they're talking about – of the briefcases being pulled out from under the table, then ballots removed and run through the counting machines multiple times).

My search was at DDG and for "state farm arena".
