Were there two separate incidents today?
One where the driver passed out and rear-ended into a car pulling a boat and narrowly missed two men that were standing there looking at the boat. Said he passed out and had just gotten the vaccine.
And this one where the guy drives into a crowd of people?
Because if these are the same, wasserman was no where near the guy that rear-ended the boat being pulled. No one was killed and there was no covertable in sight that I could see from the video.
