The problem with language is that it radically changes your thought process. When you think without translating your thoughts into language, your thoughts flow much faster, and you gain access to a wealth of fundamental knowledge about the world that you gained from sources other than a textbook or a lecture (such as genetic memories from the world before this one).
How to do that is the challenge. The general population has been convinced that a very shallow understanding of their own mind is ordinary, and that it takes an astronomical effort to go only a little bit deeper. It's the allegory of the cave exactly, where people don't look because they aren't even aware of what there is to be found.
Trying to force change upon others is folly. Motivate them by displaying the fruits which change can offer through your own life.
