maybe you just missed them. they were on tv 60 yrs ago, when this line of research was first begun with starfishs' ability to regrow limbs and lizards' ability to regrow tails. applied external electromagnetic fields were found to enhance regrowth of broken bones in humans, etc. research was soon abandoned when the medical/pharmaceutical complex realized it was a threat to their profit margins.
