The "vaccines" are EUA only and can't be mandatory. A "vaccinated" person still spreads the virus and those that are vaccinated are (as they say) protected. There are treatments available. If they are vaccinated and still afraid, those that work there (unvaccinated) can use masks to prevent spreading the virus in the event they might be contagious.
