If a child dies of "SIDS" (which is often due to getting their infant vaccines) and the parents want an autopsy or tissue samples in order to pursue compensation from "vaccine court" or to investigate the cause of death, they often have tremendous problems dealing with the coroner, etc. Honesty about babies dying with liver changes or brain swelling post lethal vaccine doses would make the medical establishment unhappy.
Honesty in the work of coroners is not a high priority for the DS I don't think.
