‘Deviant creep,’ 24, is accused of sexually grooming 12-year-old girl and telling her he wanted to get her pregnant because he ‘wanted a baby’

POLK COUNTY, FLA. – On June 15, 2021, 24-year-old Eduardo Martinez of California was arrested for four counts of Transmitting Harmful Material to a Minor and eight counts of Using a Computer to Lure a Child .

In May of this year, the victim’s mother reported to the school resource deputy at her 12-year-old daughter’s school that she had discovered nude and sexually explicit photos and videos on her daughter’s cell phone. She also found sexually explicit SnapChat messages between her daughter and an unknown man. The school resource deputy turned the information over to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Computer Crimes Unit.

Detectives conducted a forensic search of the victim’s phone and discovered a pattern of sexual grooming, including SnapChat messages where the suspect asked the victim to send him images and videos of her performing sexually exploitive acts, to which the victim complied. Detectives also found a conversation between the suspect and the victim where the suspect told the victim that he wanted to get her pregnant. The victim replied to the suspect that she was 15-years-old and did not want to be pregnant. The suspect then responded, “Idc you are a baby. I want a baby.”

Detectives found multiple text messages where the victim referred to the suspect as Eduardo. Also found were a nude photo of an adult male and a photo of a Hispanic male with dark short hair.

During the investigation, using investigative resources, detectives identified the suspect as Eduardo Martinez of Red Bluff, California. A Polk County warrant was obtained. PCSO detectives contacted the Red Bluff Police Department who assisted by arresting Martinez.

When interviewed, Martinez told Red Bluff detectives he did send the victim sexually explicit videos and images. He also told detectives there will be “hundreds” of sexually explicit images and videos of the victim on his phone, along with similar videos and images of other underage girls with whom he had also been communicating. He told detectives that he moved to Red Bluff from Oregon in January of this year for a “fresh start.”

“I can’t say this often enough: Predators are lurking online and on apps looking for children to groom for sex. This is why it is so important for parents to make it their business to check their child’s electronic devices often. Because this mother checked her daughter’s phone and told law enforcement, a predator was stopped before something worse could happen. As far as this sexually deviant creep in California, he will be held accountable for his despicable behavior.” – Grady Judd, Sheriff

Martinez was booked into the Tehama County Jail in California on the Polk County warrant and is being held with no bond. He will be extradited to Polk County at a later date.

Karlyn Borysenko claims that Critical Race Theory is merely racist, but not anti-white, and tried to get a journalist fired for disagreeing.

Karlyn Borysenko, who first revealed anti-white diversity training offered to Coca Cola employees, and later removed from the Internet after National File’s reporting, now says that Critical Race Theory is not “anti-white” but is merely “racist” instead, and is seemingly attempting to get a conservative journalist fired for disagreeing with this distinction.

Borysenko began to attract negative attention on Saturday after she claimed that calling critical race theory “anti-white” is playing into the hands of white supremacists. When multiple prominent pundits, including veteran journalist Cassandra Fairbanks, who recently accepted a job as Tim Pool’s editor-in-chief, rebutted her claims, Borysenko began accusing them of attempting to cancel her.

Fairbanks originally shared a video of Borysenko threatening to block “Anyone who says that Critical Race Theory is antiwhite” with the caption, “Can the left take her back please. Ew”. Borysenko later posted a screen shot of this tweet and mocked Fairbanks’ career as a journalist.

Earlier this year, Borysenko developed an intense Twitter feud with former Republican Senate candidate Lauren Witzke, and later celebrated when Witzke was banned from Twitter for referring to a transgender woman who claimed that small children are sexual and, thus, should have no problem sharing a bathroom with a person born with a penis as “demonic”. In her Telegram channel, Witzke wrote, “Now this clown is trying to go after one of the best conservative journalists the Right has,” noting Borysenko’s apparent attempt to influence Pool to fire Fairbanks. “Cassandra Fairbanks has been a champion for America First and now this grifting LIAR is trying to get her fired from her job. It’s time for the Democrats to take Dr. Karl back. We don’t want her, nor do we need her.”

Witzke also referred to Borysenko as “controlled opposition” whose “entire purpose is to subvert and destroy” in a post containing a photo of Borysenko posing with Biden administration Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg – who was then running for President – while wearing one of Buttigieg’s campaign hats.

St. Louis couple touts new AR-15 after guns seized over BLM encounter

The guns that the couple used in the standoff were seized after their initial arrests last year

Despite having their weapons seized and pleading guilty to charges in connection with pointing guns at Black Lives Matter rioters on their private property during the summer of 2020, Mark and Patricia McCloskey appeared defiant Saturday, posting a picture of a new AR-15 the St. Louis couple intends to buy.

"Checking out my new AR!" Mark McCloskey tweeted along with two pictures: one with McCloskey at a gun store with the owner, and another with him and his wife, Patricia. In both, he is holding an AR-15 rifle.

The picture came just two days after the McCloskeys pleaded guilty to lesser charges and agreed to pay fines in connection with last summer’s incident involving Black Lives Matter rioters who tore down an iron gate and ignored a "No Trespassing" sign on their private street. The couple said they felt threatened and armed themselves before heading outside to warn off the crowd.

The guns that the couple used in the standoff were seized after their initial arrests in 2020 and will be destroyed. But the McCloskeys are not prohibited from purchasing new firearms.

"We’re strong advocates of the Second Amendment and we’re going to continue to exercise our rights and protect ourselves," McCloskey told Fox News on Sunday. "We intend to keep our arms and bear them. We’re a constitutional carry state. I will replace those (guns) which the state took."

McCloskey said he has received "hundreds" of positive comments from the Twitter post. He expects his new rifle will be ready for him on Thursday.

HORRIFIC VIDEO: Puerto Rican Couple Yanked From Their Car and Shot By Mob of Black Men in Chicago

A man was killed, and a woman was critically injured in a shooting Saturday night in Humboldt Park.

There has been crickets in the media about this possible hate crime.

The shooting took place as people were leaving Chicago’s 43rd Annual Puerto Rican People’s Day Parade, which people from all over the country and Puerto Rico travel to the city to attend.

The victims had a large Puerto Rican flag waving from their car when they were approached by a mob of black men and pulled from the vehicle and shot.

Police say the couple was “ambushed” by “up to three males.”

ABC 7 reports that “the man was rushed to Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said. He has not been identified. The woman was struck in the neck and rushed to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.”

No arrests have been announced at this time.

NSA Sullivan: No Threats to China 'At This Point' About Covid Origins

National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan appeared on CNN, and host Dana Bash grilled him about how the U.S. was going to get China to open up and allow independent investigators into the country to find the origins of the coronavirus.

“President Biden has rallied democratic partners to say there must be access to China, to be able to get the data necessary to understand what happened here,” Sullivan said. “We are not at this point going to issue threats or ultimatums. What we’re going to do is continue to rally support in the international community. And if it turns out that China refuses to live up to its international obligations, we will have to consider our responses at that point.”

China has absolutely no reason to cooperate in any independent investigation. That’s because there isn’t going to be a cost to them if they refuse. Sullivan gave similar comments on Fox News Sunday.

In similar comments to Fox News, Sullivan said China faced the threat of “isolation in the international community” if it refuses to cooperate with a probe into the pandemic’s origins.

The Biden administration’s insistence on working with the WHO comes after the organization faced criticism for apparent deference to China during the early days of the outbreak. Former CDC director Robert Redfield said the organization was “highly compromised” during its initial efforts.

“Clearly, they were incapable of compelling China to adhere to the treaty agreements that they have on global health, because they didn’t do that,” former CDC Director Robert Redfield told Fox News last week. “Clearly, they allowed China to define the group of scientists that could come and investigate.”

They not only chose which scientists could come, they decided what they could investigate and what they couldn’t. And Sullivan seemed so proud of his boss that he was able to get the dreaded “strong statement” from G-7 partners on Chinese cooperation in finding the origins of the coronavirus.

I’ll bet China is shaking in its boots about that “statement.”

House Republicans: Biden Diverting Funds from Americans to Give Hotel Rooms to Illegal Aliens

A group of House Republicans wants to know how many billions of dollars in American taxpayer money President Joe Biden is diverting from United States citizens to provide border crossers with hotel rooms and transportation into the U.S.

In a letter to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra, ten House Republicans — including Reps. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Andy Biggs (R-AZ) — are asking the administration to disclose how many billions in taxpayer money it is using to provide border crossers with public services like hotel rooms and transportation.

The House Republicans write:

… we are deeply concerned about reports that the Department of Health and Human Services has diverted more than $2 billion that Congress appropriated for COVID-19 [Chinese coronavirus]-related health initiatives toward covering the cost of housing and transportation of unaccompanied immigrant children. Every child on earth deserves dignity and a safe place to live and grow, but it is the Biden administration’s policies that are encouraging children to make the dangerous trek to our southern border. This must end for the safety and security of these migrant children, the lives of whom your administration’s policies are putting at risk each and every day. [Emphasis added]

It is further disheartening to hear that the Biden administration has been awarding contracts to put up migrant families in hotel rooms and move them around the country on buses and commercial airplanes, as some of us have witnessed when flying domestically. Our frustration is further exacerbated by the aforementioned misguided decision to divert billions of dollars away from helping Americans deal with COVID-19 so that illegal aliens can rest in hotels, courtesy of the taxes you have taken from American workers. As part of the Biden administration’s expansive Catch and Release operation, tens of thousands of border crossers set for release into the U.S. stay in migrant hotels before being flown into the nation’s interior on commercial flights.

The Biden administration has plans to open another migrant hotel in Yuma, Arizona, which the nonprofit Endeavors will coordinate. The migrant hotel in Yuma would be one of the many migrant hotels funded by an $86 million operation the Biden administration has set up with American taxpayer funds.

As Breitbart News reported last month, from February 19 to April 22, the Biden administration has flown about 7,200 border crossers into the U.S. interior on domestic commercial flights. Border crossers may bypass photo identification requirements, board flights without a photo ID, and do not have to prove they are negative for the Chinese coronavirus.

Illegal Alien in Custody on $1M Bail After Allegedly Raping 82-Year-Old Woman

An illegal alien is in custody on a $1 million bail after allegedly raping an elderly woman at a senior living facility in Stuart, Florida.

Marvin Ailon-Mendoza, a 20-year-old illegal alien who entered the United States as an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) via the U.S.-Mexico border, was arrested and charged with raping an 82-year-old woman last month.

According to law enforcement, Ailon-Mendoza broke into the senior living facility and raped the elderly woman. A federal source who spoke to a local media outlet confirmed that Ailon-Mendoza was an illegal alien in the U.S. and first entered as a UAC.

“I think what has been going on is a big tragedy. It’s been avoidable,” Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) said last week during a news conference. “There was not a crisis on January 20 on that border. Not to say everything was resolved, but the policies were working and those were all thrown out for political or ideological reasons and the result has been what we have been dealing with now.”

Ailon-Mendoza has been previously arrested in Martin County, Florida.

According to records published in local media, Ailon-Mendoza was arrested as a juvenile with grand theft, battery, and for masturbating at a park with children around. According to the report, Ailon-Mendoza was staring at a woman while masturbating before leaving the area on a bike.

Even though Ailon-Mendoza spent almost a year in jail for the public masturbation conviction, Martin County law enforcement said the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency did not take him into custody when he was set for release despite their referring him to the agency.

Prosecutors Seek ‘Very Substantial’ Prison Time for Avenatti

Prosecutors urged a judge Wednesday to impose a “very substantial” prison sentence on Michael Avenatti for trying to extort millions of dollars from Nike.

Prosecutors noted in a Manhattan federal court submission that Probation Office officials recommend aneight-year prison termfor the California attorney who gained fame three years ago through his representation of porn star Stormy Daniels against then-President Donald Trump.

“The defendant, a prominent attorney and media personality with a large public following, betrayed his client and sought to enrich himself by weaponizing his public profile in an attempt to extort a publicly-traded company out of tens of millions of dollars. This was an egregious abuse of trust, and it warrants real and serious punishment,” prosecutors wrote.

The government said Avenatti, representing the director of a youth basketball program in Los Angeles, tried to force the apparel maker to pay him up to $25 million to keep him quiet about allegations of corruption involving Nike and college athletics.

Avenatti, 50, was convicted at trial last year. In a pre-sentence submission last week, his lawyers urged leniency, saying six months in prison and a year of home detention would be sufficient punishment.

Prosecutors attached victim impact statements from Nike and Avenatti’s former client, Gary Franklin Sr. They urged the judge to order Avenatti to pay $1 million in restitution to Nike for its legal fees.

In a victim impact statement, Nike’s lawyers wrote that Avenatti did considerable harm to the company when he followed through on threats to cause Nike billions of dollars in losses by falsely alleging in a tweet prior to his arrest that criminal conduct at the company reached the “highest levels.” Nike’s stock price immediately dropped a dollar, representing $300 million, they said.

“Nike executives were shocked,” the lawyers wrote. “Nike had made a decision to not pay Mr. Avenatti, and now they were watching as he carried out what he had criminally threatened to do.”

They said Avenatti issued a “daily barrage of Twitter posts” for weeks after his arrest, “leveling provably false accusations against Nike and the high school athletes who competed in Nike’s grassroots program.”

In his victim impact statement, Franklin said Avenatti’s actions “devastated me financially, professionally, and emotionally” and he asked the sentencing judge to consider that in deciding punishment for a man who never apologized to him.

Qatar to Require Fans at 2022 World Cup to Be Vaccinated

Qatar will require spectators at the 2022 World Cup to have received coronavirus vaccines to get into games, the government has announced.

Prime Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani told Qatar newspaper editors that the Gulf nation is trying to secure a million vaccine doses to immunize fans wanting to watch the tournament.

“When the date of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 comes, most countries of the world will have vaccinated and immunized their citizens,” Sheikh Khalid was quoted as saying by state media on Sunday. “Due to the possibility that some countries will not be able to vaccinate all their citizens, Qatar will not allow fans to enter stadiums without receiving a full vaccination against the virus.”

Qatar has recorded 585 deaths and 220,800 cases during the pandemic. The Middle East’s first World Cup is due to start Nov. 21, 2022.

“We are currently negotiating with a company to provide one million vaccine doses against the coronavirus for the immunization of those coming to the FIFA World Cup Qatar,” Sheikh Khalid said. “Our primary goal in vaccinating the unvaccinated is to protect the public health of citizens and residents.”

FIFA and Qatar World Cup organizers had no immediate comment expanding on the prime minister’s remarks.

Qatar’s buildup to the World Cup since winning the FIFA vote in 2010 has been dogged by concerns about human rights violations and the treatment of the migrant workforce building the infrastructure, including eight stadiums.

But in Norway on Sunday, an extraordinary congress of the country’s soccer federation voted against boycotting the World Cup if the national team qualifies.

Some top-division clubs in Norway, such as Rosenborg and Tromso, and grassroots organizations were among those advocating a boycott. The Norwegian Football Association had recommended against it, instead preferring to push for more measures to improve discriminatory laws and conditions for the migrant workers.

At the vote, 368 delegates voted against the boycott, while 121 were in favor.
