Germany will be the most affected by the US w/d from the Iran Deal. They stand to lose billions. France and China also strongly oppose the move as well as the UK.

That's for the legit businesses. Q indicates there is a black market that will be interrupted. If it's uranium or plutonium, why black market? What other country would be secretly building nukes? India? Russia has uranium, so why would they pay high prices for it? What are we missing here?

What black market item would sanctions on certain companies in the UK have any real affect on? Oil, gas? Human traffickers? Uranium, plutonium?

Thoughts?

Look at the parent company Total. 4th largest in the world. They will lose billions from the sanctions.

I tried looking into them several days ago. No one else seemed interested. Found some board members but they all seemed innocuous.

was in the process of building a nuclear reactor before the deal was implemented. Could it be they went ahead with it instead of altering the plans, like they said they would? If so, the could easy make plutonium instead, for a much higher price.

But my biggest question is with everyone trying to de nuke, what good does it do to have extra uranium laying around?
