This time it is recorded fully, this is probably why a net shutdown and EMP is the best bet, however there will always be back ups.
The questions remains, what would the narrative have to be to explain a "random" emp or net shutdown? Cyber attack?
This could be where a lot of this China narrative is heading. There always needs to be a somewhat "reasonable" explanation to world events, 40% public 60% private.
