Lets say the LGBT club is going to have a FF (coordinated by a higher level of the cabal).
They will commandeer a car electronically like they did Tiger Woods car and drive it into a group at the gay parade.
They tell the mayor his talking points ahead of time so he can run to the cameras and set the narrative.
Except this FF is intercepted by the white hats and they instead control a different car with one of the LGBT in the driver seat and drive it into the parade.
Now they have a dilemma, the mayor is already out telling the story as they hoped it would be but that's not what happened and they have to say, "No, he is one of our homo's driving, it was an accident".
Story quickly goes away.
