Holding out hope we have a fair Judge in GA. He just asked opposing counsel fair legit question.
It sounds like Friday hearing caused some serious problems in the case. I amunfamiliar with what went on.

no it is a bit muffled and hard to hear. It was regarding declaritory Judgements and when you can request it
sorta. 2nd defendants are arguing this is styled as a due process claim but it is really a contested elections claim. Judge seems to agree so could spell trouble.
Interestingly, all defendants are not on the same page. defendant 1 is saying they want the inspection of ballotts to go forward
