A conservative influencer filed a lawsuit against Twitter, a former California secretary of state, and others on June 17, alleging that they colluded to censor election-related content, violating the plaintiff’s rights to free speech, equal protection, and due process.
The lawsuit (pdf) cites emails and documents from California’s Office of Elections Cybersecurity, which show that state employees flagged Twitter posts because they purportedly contained misinformation. Twitter subsequently removed many of the flagged posts, including those written by attorney Rogan O’Handley, the plaintiff.
Twitter went on to permanently suspend O’Handley for a post that said “most votes in American history,” alongside a photo of the U.S. Capitol surrounded by barbed wire in the wake of the Jan. 6 breach.
“The actions of then-California Secretary of State Alex Padilla, his agents, and Twitter are outrageous. Government cannot censor speech on the basis of viewpoint, but that is exactly what happened here,” the Center for American Liberty, which is representing O’Handley, said in a statement.
“Whether it is for Rogan O’Handley or for any other American, the First Amendment must be protected. Political speech—the right to express ideas and engage in the political process—is core to the First Amendment; it is sacrosanct,” the center stated. “If we are ever going to have free and fair elections again, we have to stop Big Tech collusion with Big Government to censor your speech.” ..

On Friday, Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott vetoed funding for the Texas Legislature after the state House Democratic caucus walked out to avoid a vote on an election integrity bill late last month. The move, first reported by the Texas Tribune, would pause all funding for the legislature, its staffers and its agencies.
Abbott said in a statement that “funding should not be provided for those who quit their job early, leaving their state with unfinished business and exposing taxpayers to higher costs for an additional legislative session.”
“I therefore object to and disapprove of these appropriations.”
And that’s the thing — while the Democrats’ walkout may have temporarily stalled the bill, which would have ended 24-hour drive-in voting and temporary outdoor polling places, inter alia, it’ll be added to a special legislative session later this year, along with bail reform legislation championed by Abbott and the GOP. ..

Georgia is now estimating as many as 25% of the mail-in ballots out of Fulton County lacks chain of custody that would verify them. Let's do some math with that, shall we?
The estimate is 142k total mail-in ballots in Fulton County. If you had to throw out 25% with no chain of custody that's 25,915 votes. Assume they break as county did as a whole (73-26 Biden): Biden -19,955 votes, Trump -6,738. A margin of 13,217 votes. Biden "won" Georgia by 11,770 votes.

Brad Raffensperger and his attorney Ryan Germany must be very concerned right now.
We’ve reported on the corrupt and criminal results that were certified by Georgia in the 2020 Election. Most recently we discussed the report that was provided to Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and yet he claimed the Georgia election was safe and secure after receiving this report showing a complete mess involving potential criminal actions.
We’ve reported in early December of the ballots in the State Farm arena in Fulton County Georgia being jammed through voting machines late at night after election observers were kicked out of the Arena. President Trump warned Raffensperger about these criminal acts and yet Raffensperger denied they existed.
President Trump warned Raffensperger and his attorney Ryan Germany of the ballots being pulled from under the table and then jammed through voting machines. The President held a call with Raffensperger and Germany in early January and Raffensperger leaked portions of the call to the press. In one portion the President discusses Ruby’s actions on election night:
Raffensperger accused the President’s team of splicing the video of Ruby taking ballots from under the table and jamming them through a tabulator and Raffensperger and Germany deny it ever happening, lying and defaming Rudy Giuliani of splicing the video to make it look that way.
But then Raffensperger and likely Germany spliced the call from President Trump and shared it with far-left outlets like CNN to make it sound like the President was begging Raffensperger to change the election without cause. We found out later that the report Raffensperger leaked was spliced:
In the report, Carter Jones points out that votes were being stuffed because the ‘scanners are still working’. Jones then shares that Ralph ‘re-scanned some ballots that had already been processed by Shaye.”
Carter Jones shared this information on Election Night with attorney Ryan Germany. This showed crimes in that observers were missing. You can see it in the picture. Jones also claims votes were being scanned confirming another crime.
Attorney Ryan Germany obtained this information on Election Night and apparently did nothing with it. He didn’t order an investigation. He didn’t have people arrested. He didn’t note that he received this photo and related information of potential crimes being committed with the President of the United States when he had an opportunity to do so.
It’s time that Raffensperger and Ryan Germany are fully investigated for being complicit in potential crimes surrounding the 2020 Election that resulted in them certifying a fraudulent election.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) denied Saturday that schools are teaching Critical Race Theory (CRT).
“Republicans love to create outrage over things that aren’t actually happening. People should be asking them, what elementary, middle and high school is teaching Critical Race Theory and why they are spinning false narratives,” she tweeted.
Meanwhile, on June 18, Rep. Glenn Grothman (R-WI) introduced legislation to ban the teaching of CRT in Washington, D.C., public schools.
“How can we expect any child to succeed in life when we teach them that the deck is stacked against them and that they will forever be held back by racist oppressors,” Grothman asked rhetorically in a statement. “The purpose of this retelling of American history is to try to set American against American. Rather than share the wonderful gift we all have, to live the American Dream if we work for it, the goal of CRT is to make Americans bitter and angry with each other.”
Omar’s denial that CRT is being taught in schools also comes after the establishment media took to attacking parents battling its implementation.
An NBC News produced a hit piece entitled “Critical Race Theory Battle Invades School Boards — with Help from Conservative Groups” with the story including a description of CRT, “the academic study of racism’s pervasive impact.” ..

Business owners and residents in New York City are expressing fury at the revelation that prosecutors have dropped looing and rioting charges against hundreds arrested during chaos that swept the city last summer.
