Basic overview from memory:
The Post Office (of all people) patented a method (I think in 2018) to use trackable BlockChain type tech to Store and Track voter actions/results.
As such, it would be totally auditable/accountable. If I remember correctly (and I may not) it stored Voter Information in one database and voter results
in a second database that were both Block Chain protected and independent of one another, but would somehow be linked only in real time when the
literal vote actually occurred.
Note that a blessed side effect of this is the requirement for Voter ID to load in the first database.
