It’s a Constitutional Republic, “Democracy” as little to fuckall to do with it. Understanding the difference and reason behind that, would save a lot of confusion and conflict.

For some reason, the older CIA Factbook (haven’t seen a published version for many years now), used to put in print that the US was a “Constitutional Republic with a tradition of democracy”. That sounded fine to me, but politicians have with ever increasing frequency called us a ‘Democracy’. Never mentioning republic nor constitution if they could avoid it.

Important starting point, one is a noun, the other is a verb. To me, they are not interchangeable, but they can work together so long as the limitations of each are properly recognized.

Q/Trump/Intel… i have no idea where they are on this important point. Let’s see what happens.

I think you are correct about that, and maybe it’s an invitation to speak MORE about the important differences and limitations of each.

To this anon’s thinking, the republic (noun) is a place where the government and people are limited from impositions upon individuals, while we the people can practice democracy (verb), as a group, all we want so long as we don’t exceed the limitations ment to protect individuals.

This stuff should be condensed better, but i’m trying.

More like a kakistocracy.

From dictionary.com

A kakistocracy is a government in which the worst people are in charge.

This obscure word is used in political commentary, especially to call out a government considered corrupt or incompetent.

Example: If you don’t vote, you’re basically asking for a kakistocracy, because of course the worst people want to be in power.

Take note, that even dictionary.com does not touch the concept of the unique American Constitution going further (furthest ever), in outline and attempting to address a government to be LIMITED, from doing whatever it wants, and NO VOTING REQUIRED to just that.

Because if only 10 thousand people showed up to any ‘poll’ in a country of hundreds of millions… the “Democratic Elections” would be SHOWN for the farce they can be, in this case are.

You got me.

To be fair, i was talking about linguistic logic and not numerical coding. What you numbered out might not be stupid, but it’s not a language i know very well.

Similarly, no matter how many times MSM and shills referred to Anons as ‘adherents, members, cultists’, it simply did not make it true. As an individual, i read most ALL of this stuff considering and discounting as i see fit.

The meme of Scarface about brainwashing people to think for themselves. Fits perfeck.
