Watch the water? As in "The people" of this world?
I have thought about that. There is even an exchange where an "elite" threatened us with this. I am having a hard time seeing how that happens. Water is abundant, and anyone with a 7th grade (or even lower) knowledge of science can make pure water. It might be annoying to have to do this, but how would we die of thirst while surrounded by water? (unless it is a disease that gives us unquenchable thirst)
Is it not easy to replenish the body with water and electrolytes? I suppose if we are not given access to them in the supermarket it gets complicated for many.
