Anons are on the browser side.
The counter Anons see is maintained via Java on that side.
So, if an Anon doesn't refresh after deletions then that counter can go to infinity and beyond for breads where deletions have taken place.
You didn't refresh so you're count was in the 800's.
When you go back later that is like a refresh and then you'll only see 751.
The history with QR and WATN goes back a long ways and it's no secret the owner is tighter with QRB BO than QR BO/BVs.
