Do some digging on T Boone Pickens...the guy bought up land over a massive aquifer in west TX (Ogallala) that runs deep underground from TX to the Dakotas! He's on record saying that (paraphrase) if thirsty people want to drink his water, they're going to have to pay for it! Looks like the luciferians really do intend on killing us with starvation and thirst!
