I still think Abbot is a douchenozzle, but I like the coalition (dare I say, confederation?) forming among some of the states - Arizona and Texas issued a request for aid from other states in policing the US/Mexico border. First to respond was Florida:

Makes me think of the brave souls who traveled from other states to give their lives at the Alamo fighting for Texas independence.
