this happened three years ago. What is its relevance now?

One does see many MLB players this year suffering from circulatory issues and muscle strains at a much higher rate (about 30% higher to be exact) than in a normal season - probably due to the vaxes they were required to get.

Also, this year many commentators have noted that players lose their focus while playing defense or running the bases. Today, for example, a Cubs player (embedded video related) forgot how many outs there were and allowed himself to get tagged out. He looked like a Little Leaguer out there. I suspect it's due to the 'brain fog' caused by onset of neurological disease from the vaxes.

Betcha primarily it's that word is going around the airline industry that if you got vaxxed, now you are at high risk of developing blood clots when at high altitude.

Even before covid, people with deep vein thrombosis had to be careful about flying. With the four British pilots who died recently, there is real fear among flight crews.

40,000ft is about the worst place a person could have a medical emergency too.

A pilot openly ponders the risks of getting the vax in this June 15th post on a forum for airline industry people:

"COVID-19 vaccine and future pilot risks?

Hi everyone,

I have been considering my vaccination over the past few months as I am approaching the age of being vaccinated.

The one thing that concerns me is the possibility of being vaccinated and developing a long term condition a few years after receiving the vaccine, taking me out of the cockpit after making the monstrous investment into it. We don’t yet understand the risk of that happening as the vaccines haven’t been out there for years. Now, I’ve ramped up my research around the topic to understand the risk of that happening and put my mind at rest.

what worries me even more is the possibility of Heath organisations reporting issues developing in the long term because of vaccines and insurance companies, being vicious as they famously are, adding clauses saying you won’t be covered if you’ve been vaccinated.

questions are:is anyone else thinking about this? am I tripping too hard here?

if not, has vaccination been spoken about by pilot insurance companies? What have they said?

Have insurance companies pulled pilots’ legs like that before?

everyone’s input is very welcome and I’m mainly interested in what people from Europe have to say here (EASA and CAA/UK regulated countries)"

it's very true. I saw a Yankees third baseman (Gio Urshela) swing the bat this week and fail to run to first base "because he thought a splinter from the bat flew into his eye".

Poor baby.

The other team's second baseman couldn't believe it when he realized he could easily turn a double play.

And don't even get me started on the Astros 'sign stealing scandal'. That all started when the Astros refused the league's demand to organize "Gay Pride Night" at their stadium. From that point on, the league was determined to make an example of them.

Using outfield cameras to capture the opposing catcher's signs was standard practice throughout the league. But the teams that bent over and flew the rainbow flag were given a pass.
