Well he is going to war against Orban over "NGOs" that "help African migrants." Plowing a metric fuck ton of money into that shit. Then there's his actions during WWII. People don't look very kindly on traitors.

That's one of the more outlandish theories I've seen. Probably because the SPLC is too stupid to pull off a LARP of this magnitude. Hypothetically speaking, since I've never believed that Q is a LARP.

That asshole has never passed the smell test with me (asshole, smell, kek). He's too…something is clearly off with him. He's way too enthusiastic, it's like he smokes meth before he goes on air and he's spewing whatever the flavor of the day happens to be. It doesn't seem like he's at all afraid of anything which…he probably should be as he's been at this for so long while people have been suicided/Arkancided, etc.

I watched one episode of a show…Decoded I believe, where they try to sneak into Bohemian Grove with AJ and two of them end up getting arrested by the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office and guess what happens to Jones? Nada.

Yeah McConnell is doing what he did to Obama. Remember the NLRB appointments Obama made while the Senate was in not-really-recess? Same thing happening here but Trump isn't stupid enough to try to push it and play semantical games, "define the word 'recess.'" McConnell doesn't wanna lose control. Fucking swamp creature.

Federal vs. State or Federal (civilian) vs. Military. Guessing you got it right, military. I'm very familiar with federal civil and criminal procedure, not at all familiar with UCMJ. Will have to dig on UCMJ and how indictments are handled.

I'm still digging through UCMJ Article 30 governing pre-trial. Article 30(a):

"(a) Charges and specifications shall be signed by a person subject to this chapter under oath before a commissioned officer of the armed forces authorized to administer oaths and shall state–

(1) that the signer has personal knowledge of, or has investigated, the matters set forth therein; and

(2) that they are true in fact to the best of hisknowledge and belief."

"Person(a) subject to this chapter" are listed in Article 2. Civilians are included when giving aid and comfort to the enemy, disclosing classified information, etc. I remember it takes a panel of 12 judges to render a sentence of death whereas, for non-capital offenses, only 6 judges.

Article I, Section 9, Clause 2 allows for the President to suspend the writ of habeas corpus in event of rebellion or invasion when it is necessary for public safety. That's the general.
