How is it NOT terrorism to exaggerate the numbers of dead, exaggerate hospital numbers, exaggerate infection propagation, scare old people away from young people and young people away from old people? How is it NOT terrorism to threaten people with fines and incarceration, if they did not give up the income needed for their households, give up congregations, give up assemblies… or else they might die and/or kill others?
How is that NOT terrorism to change the behaviors of the targeted population.
This Government is organized terrorism.
