The SC will not act IMAO, when the audits are D5, the legislatures will decertify. That will remove a bunch of Senate and House seats from D's, The state legislatures can do that, then then Congress will vote to decertify the presidential and recertify for Trump. Or maybe the plan is to let Bidan fester till 2022 to drive out more vote for a massive sweep out of congress.
