Time to wake up, Anons. All of the London pics, except the black box, are from Christmas 2013. First, as posted in a previous bread, the RED BUS pic is from the 2013 Christmas holidays. Second, the WINTER WONDERLAND pics are from Christmas 2013 by orienting one"s self next to the Carousel and looking thru the WildeMaus coaster to see the Observation Wheel. This can only be done in 2013 because the layout changes every year. And thirdly, on the Traffic cam pics:
The building lights in LisaMI6 match the building lights in a Getty photo dated 25DEC2013. Those building lights match ROT2. ROT2 connects with ROT1 by way of the marching pedestrians . Therefore, ROT1 (showing the Moon thru London Eye) is Christmas Day. A Mooncalc'otg simulation for London on 25DEC2013 , using a bearing from TRAFFIC CAM to LONDON EYE yields a bearing of 135 degrees. Depending on whether you use 12/24 or 12/25, the Moon reaches this bearing between 3 and 3:30am. Very late? Yet very many cars on the road. Why so many cars anons?

There are NO BUSES ON THE ROAD. That is because the buses and underground STOP RUNNING ON CHRISTMAS DAY.
Can you find any buses? In ANY of the nighttime pics? The vehicle traffic however is quite busy. That is because anyone wanting to enter London on Christmas had to drive their own cars or hire an Uber or private taxi.
