That's the facts anon. I posted in a bread yesterday about the same thing. Some anon put up a link to some hitachi vapourware from a bleeding edge "news" site. When I went to hitachi to see datasheets on their new tech, there were none to be found. I would like to incorporate some rfID into my house and I'm ot really keen on the Dallastags that everyone uses nor the touch card RFID cards that use the same tech. The smallest thing was about the size of the device in the pic. It is claimed to be the smallest RFID device in the world as at the end of 2020. Still has to be excited by an external field to belch it's info. The nano crap they allude to are simple heat machines that have no indepentent moving parts and simply dump their load, once, when the correct temperature or the sheath gets breache dby the antibodies in the human system. That's as near as we are to "nanobots"
