Los Zetas Cartel Builds Big Data Surveillance System on Mexican Border City

Los Zetas Cartel checkpoints in the border city of Nuevo Laredo are linked to more than 100 forced disappearances–including the recent kidnapping of three U.S. citizens. The checkpoints exist with complete impunity and are part of a complex strategy to give the criminal organization more control by harvesting the data of those stopped at the roadblocks.

Breitbart Texas consulted with U.S. law enforcement agents in Mexico who are working the case of a missing Texas family from earlier this month as they were traveling from a town in Nuevo Leon to the border city of Nuevo Laredo. 39-year-old Gladys Cristina Perez Sanchez traveled with her 16-year-old son, Juan Carlos Gonzales, and her 9-year-old daughter, Cristina Duran, when they went missing. The current theory is the family encountered a cartel checkpoint. In 2021, authorities have documented close to 100 similar cases in and around Nuevo Laredo–prime Los Zetas turf.

Authorities from both sides of the border shared with Breitbart Texas exclusive information about a complex intelligence apparatus used by the Cartel Del Noreste faction of Los Zetas to exert complete control of their territories. The region is under the cartel command of Juan Gerardo “El Huevo” Trevino Chavez.

The cartel operation uses lookouts and informants placed in strategic turf locations. Those individuals call in suspicious vehicles or persons who then intercepted.

The gunmen interrogate the disappeared about their identities, where they are traveling, and why. The gunmen also order motorists to unlock their cell phones and check their social media. The cartel operators reportedly can quickly clone a phone they deem suspicious for deeper data mining.

The information is relayed to a central network of radio, phone, and database operators, similar to a 911 call center. Authorities share grave concern about how CDN-Los Zetas has created a database which mimics government ones loaded with property records, license information, and other contents.

Tory Councillor’s House Firebombed in Third Attack in Three Years

A Conservative councillor in Scotland had his home and cars firebombed by suspected gangsters in a third attack on the Tory politician in as many years.

In what is believed to be a product of organised crime, Avondale and Stonehouse Tory Councillor Graeme Campbell’s property was set ablaze in Strathaven, Lanarkshire in the early hours of Saturday.

Two cars and part of his home were burnt in the suspected firebomb attack, with what is thought to be a melted petrol can found in the bushes of the property, Scotland’s Daily Record reported.

A local witness told the paper: “I was woken up by what I thought was fireworks being set off but when I went out this morning I couldn’t believe what had happened.

“It is outrageous for a councillor to be targeted like this and have his family’s lives put in real danger.”

Mr Campbell, who has been an outspoken critic of organised crime in Scotland, has been the subject of two prior attacks on his property since 2019.

In 2019, the Tory councillor said that his car was intentionally set on fire, saying at the time that he and his wife Fiona were “lucky to be alive”. Another attack last year saw two of his cars damaged with a corrosive substance, according to the BBC.

The police closed the previous investigations without making any arrests.

Fortunately the councillor, his wife, and his teenage son were not at home during the time of the latest attack.

Tory politicians were quick to condemn the attack, with Scottish Conservative shadow community safety minister Russell Findlay saying: “Councillor Campbell and his wife could have been killed in this disgusting and cowardly attack. They are understandably devastated.”

“These are decent, law-abiding people and it is the third time their home has been targeted.

“I will be seeking assurances from the Scottish Government, Crown Office and Police Scotland that this attack is investigated to the fullest possible extent.

“There must be zero tolerance towards any attack of this nature. Organised criminals prey on communities across Scotland. Fire is indiscriminate and even where the intent is to intimidate, it can kill.”

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Around 12.20 am on Saturday, 19 June, we received a report of a fire at a property on Fortrose Gardens.

“Emergency services attended and the fire was extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. No one was injured.

“Enquiries to establish the circumstances of the fire, which is being treated as wilful, are ongoing.”

Friend of slain ex-Mississippi rep says she was 'on the verge of uncovering something very bad' about her sister-in-law's death at burnt out trailer before she was killed - as suspect is arrested for arson but NOT murder

A friend of the former Mississippi lawmaker who was shot fatally shot on the same property where her sister-in-law's body was found six months earlier has shared fears that she may have been killed because she was close to finding the truth about what happened to her relative.

Ashley Henley was found murdered by a gunshot to the back of the head on June 13 near the burnt out trailer in Water Valley where her sister-in-law Kristina Jones' body had been discovered in a burnt out trailer on December 26.

For months Ashley battled to prove that Jones had been murdered and accused police of botching the investigation - before the mystery took an insidious turn when she was killed while tending to the lawn at the property.

Several of Ashley's loved ones have come forward to share their suspicions that her death was linked to her public campaign to figure out the truth about what happened to Jones.

Among them is Mississippi Rep Dana Criswell, a friend and former colleague of Ashley's, who said she was ‘on the verge of uncovering something very bad’ about Jones' death before she was murdered.

'Her words to me was, "They may kill me, but I’m not giving up. I’m going to find the truth,"' Criswell told the Daily Beast.

His account came as police arrested a suspect - 43-year-old Billy Brooks - and charged him with arson for allegedly starting the fire that burned down the trailer in which Jones's body was found.

However, Brooks, 42, is not being charged in Jones's death – which has not been declared a homicide.

Jones's autopsy report described her body as 'charred,' but with no sign of suffocation from smoke, meaning that she may have already been dead when the fire started.

Brandon Henley, Jones's brother and Ashley's husband, told the Daily Beast that Brooks was Jones' ex-boyfriend and lived across the street from her.

'My sister was a great person,' Brandon said. 'She had a great heart. She just couldn't get her priorities straight.'

Brooks is being held at the Yalobusha County Detention Center and could not be reached for comment.

Ashley and Brandon Henley created a memorial at the site of the burned trailer, including a giant sign that reads, ‘I WAS MURDERED.’

Brandon said if law enforcement found out who killed his sister, then his wife would be alive today.

'I feel that if something would have been done sooner this would have never happened,' Henley told WJTV on Monday, a day after his wife was shot dead.

Police haven't said if his wife and sister's deaths were related, but Brandon believes the suspect is the same killer.

'I have my own theory and the police do too and he is a suspect and there was someone taken in for questioning apparently last night,' Brandon told WJTV, but didn't elaborate on who 'he' is.

The Yalobusha County Sheriff's Office declined to comment and referred questions to the county prosecutor, who didn't return calls from DailyMail.

Gov. Newsom - who is facing a recall election - declares California will pay off ALL unpaid rent for lower income households accrued during pandemic using $5.2billion 'forgiveness' pot

Gavin Newsom has announced that California will pay off all unpaid rent accrued during the pandemic using a $5.2 billion federal pot 'on a scale never seen before in the US.'

The Governor, who is facing a recall election expected in the fall, is also likely to extend a ban on evictions for unpaid rent beyond June 30 - a pandemic-related order that was meant to be temporary but is proving difficult to undo.

'California is planning rent forgiveness on a scale never seen before in the United States,' Newsom wrote on Twitter Monday night, quoting a New York Times article.

The 53-year-old Democrat, who finds his state flush with unused federal Covid relief cash and surplus tax income, is also going to splash another $2 billion to cover the costs of electricity and water for lower income households.

Announcing the measures last week, Newsom said: 'Anybody that's been impacted by this pandemic that can't pay their rent, we will pay 100 percent of your rent going back to April of last year.

'Anybody that's impacted by this pandemic that can't pay their rent and can't afford their water bill or their utility, California will pay those bills.'

California had anticipated dire budget shortfalls when Newsom announced lockdowns last year.

But the state, like many others, finds itself with more money than expected after Congress bailed out local governments from federal coffers.

California is poised to cover not just unpaid rent, but also another $12 billion back to taxpayers through stimulus checks worth $600 to millions of middle-class citizens.

Such is the abundance in funds sloshing around, Republican lawmakers in D.C. have argued that the Biden administration should recoup some of the surplus for its planned infrastructure upgrades.

California's budget has also been buoyed by the tech boom amid the pandemic, with some of the state's top earners helping to pump the treasury full by selling their stocks and mansions.

The state relies heavily on the incomes of the wealthy and achieves surpluses in years when the market does well - which it did, particularly for Silicon Valley, throughout 2020.

The rental relief programme is going to be available to residents who earn no more than 80 percent the median income in their area and who can prove financial hardship amid the pandemic.

In San Francisco, a family of four would have to earn less than $146,350 to qualify.

Newsom has been meeting with legislative leaders privately to negotiate the allocation of the state's $260 billion operating budget, with a raft of generous measures on the table including a brand new education bill, buying hotels and apartments for the homeless and to waive traffic violation fines for poor people.

The Governor and the executive branch are fine tuning their rental scheme, but it promises to be a colossally generous programme.

'Nationwide this is certainly the largest rent relief there's ever been,' Russ Heimerich, a spokesman for the California Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency, told The New York Times. 'The big question is can we spend it all.'

California has $5.2 billion to pay off people's rent, money from multiple aid packages approved by Congress.

That appears to be more than enough to cover all of the unpaid rent in the state, according to Jason Elliott, senior counselor to Newsom on housing and homelessness.

But the state has been slow to distribute that money, and it's unlikely it can spend it all by June 30.

A report from the California Department Housing and Community Development showed that of the $490 million in requests for rental assistance through May 31, just $32 million has been paid. That doesn't include the 12 cities and 10 counties that run their own rental assistance programs.

Ninth Circuit Blocks District Court Ruling Against CA ‘Assault Weapons’ Ban

On Monday the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit temporarily blocked a district court ruling that would have prohibited the enforcement of California’s “assault weapons” ban.

On June 4, 2021, Breitbart News reported that Judge Roger T. Benitez ruled against the ban.

In so doing, Benitez noted:

The Second Amendment elevates above all other interests the right of law-abiding, responsible citizens to use arms in defense of hearth and home.’ Heller, 554 U.S., at 635. The Supreme Court clearly holds that the Second Amendment protects guns commonly owned by law-abiding citizens for lawful purposes.

He added:

And although the Supreme Court cautioned that the Second Amendment does not guarantee a right to keep and carry “any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose,” Heller, 554 U.S., at 626, lower courts have often cited this proviso about extreme cases to justify gun laws in average contexts. There is no evidence that the Supreme Court intended that language to be a license to avoid its common sense holding in average contexts.

Benitez gave California Attorney General Rob Bonta a 30-day time frame in which to appeal the District Court ruling but noted that after 30 days an injunction against enforcing the ban would be in place.

Bonta appealed the ruling and on June 21, 2021, a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit blocked Benitez’s injunction pending the result of Bonta’s appeal. The three judges are Clinton-appointee Barry G. Silverman, Obama-appointee Jacqueline Nguyen, and Trump-appointee Ryan D. Nelson.

The Ninth Circuit ruled: “The district court’s June 4, 2021 order and judgment are stayed pending resolution of Rupp v. Bonta. The stay shall remain in effect until further order of this court.”

The Firearm Policy Coalition responded to the Ninth Circuit’s ruling:

The first duty of our federal courts is to uphold the Constitution and protect the People’s fundamental rights enshrined therein. But today, as it has too many times before, the fanatically anti-Second Amendment Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals elected to disregard that fundamental duty, ignore the text and public meaning of our Constitution, and fail the very People they swore an oath to serve.

If this case were about a similarly broad abortion ban, restrictive immigration policy, or reduction of voting rights, just to name a few examples, there is no question that the Ninth Circuit’s decision here would have gone the other way. Just as Justice Clarence Thomas accurately explained in his 2018 dissent from denial of certiorari in Silvester v. Becerra—the first-ever federal Second Amendment trial victory that the Ninth Circuit outrageously reversed based on its own (anti-rights) “common sense” rather than the Constitution and Supreme Court’s D.C. v. Heller decision—“the right to keep and bear arms is apparently [the Supreme] Court’s constitutional orphan. And the lower courts seem to have gotten the message.”

The case is Miller v. Bonta, No. 21-55608 in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and previously No. 3:19-cv-01537 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

Study: Richest US Dynasties 'Hoard' Wealth Rather Than Generate It, Exacerbating Inequality

The US is the wealthiest country in terms of having more billionaires than any other nation. While many of the richest people built their fortunes on their own, like Jeff Bezos, a large proportion was born into wealth, such as the heirs of America's wealthiest families, including the Waltons and the Mars family, among others.

A total of 27 of the top 50 dynasties on the Forbes 2020 list of wealthy families, with a combined wealth of $1.2 trillion, were also on the Forbes 400 list in 1983, and, according to a new analysis from the Institute for Policy Studies (IPS), it is wealth preservation, not generation, that allows these families to remain so rich.

And it is the tax structure in the US that has moved in favor of the wealthy over time, the organization stated.

"America’s dynastic families, both old and new, are deploying a range of wealth preservation strategies to further concentrate wealth and power — power that is deployed to influence democratic institutions, depress civic imagination, and rig the rules to further entrench inequality," the report's introduction said. "This tax avoidance means less support for the infrastructure we all rely on to preserve our health, safety, and quality of life."

According to the study titled "Silver Spoon Oligarchs: How America's 50 Largest Inherited-Wealth Dynasties Accelerate Inequality", the US wealthiest 0.01% pay only a sixth of the tax they would have paid in 1953. As a matter of fact, when evaluated as a percentage of their wealth, the taxes paid by American billionaires fell by 79% between 1980 and 2018.

And this all includes lower-income, estate, and capital gains taxes which the super-rich already have more of than the average American, the report claims.

"The ultra-wealthy, especially dynastically wealthy families, have in fact created a two-tier tax system: one set of rules for themselves, another for everyone else," the study said. "As a result, we end up with absurd situations where a senior government official is able to say that "only morons pay the estate tax" — openly acknowledging that the US estate tax system is optional for the wealthiest."

According to the IPS, the wealth of dynastic families expanded at a rate ten times faster than that of regular families. Over the 37 years since appearing on the Forbes 400 list in 1983 and the Forbes Billion-Dollar Dynasties list in 2020, the total assets of the 27 families have increased by around 1,007%.

In inflation-adjusted dollars, this represents a rise from $80.2 billion to $903.2 billion. In comparison, the average American family's wealth climbed by only 93% in inflation-adjusted dollars between 1989 and 2019.

Five top executives at the troubled electric vehicle startup Lordstown Motors sold a total of $8million in stock just weeks before its fourth quarter results revealed huge losses.

One executive, Chuan Vo, who heads the company's propulsion division, sold 99.3% of his vested equity in Lordstown on Feb. 2, netting him $2.5million, according to filings first seen by the The Wall Street Journal first reported.

President Rich Schmidt, a former Tesla executive, also sold around 39% of his vested shares in February for $4.6million.

Schmidt reportedly used the proceeds from the sale to finance a turkey hunting farm in Tennessee.

Vested equity are shares given to investors, employees or co-founders that they are free to sell after a certain period of time.

Three other executives, including Lordstown's former Chief Financial Officer Julio Rodriguez, who resigned last week, sold smaller volumes of shares, ranging in value between $250,000 and $400,000.

The sales were made weeks before Lordstown revealed its fourth-quarter financial performance, reporting a staggering net loss of $100.6 million while bringing in just $2.6 million in sales. Large firms usually have 'blackout periods' to stop senior figures selling shares just before important financial results are disclosed.

That is done avoid accusations of insider trading - which sees bosses use information not yet available to the public to try and make money, or cut their losses.

Those involved in the Lordstown sell-off deny any allegations of impropriety.

Florida teacher is jailed for 40 years for raping 14 year-old student after girl's mother found explicit texts he'd sent her as victim tells court he made her feel like a 'wh**e'

A Florida charter school teacher has been jailed for 40 years for raping a 14 year-old student who told his sentencing hearing he'd made her feel like a 'wh**e'.

Joseph Mejia, 39, was hit with the sentence at a court in Naples, Florida, on Monday after being convicted of four counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a victim between the ages of 12 and 16.

Cops combed through hordes of explicit texts sent between Mejia and the child, and deduced he'd raped her at least four times.

He worked as a technology teacher at Gulf Coast Charter Academy South, but the school is not part of Collier County's public schools.

The incident came to daylight in April of 2019 after the victim's mother found sexually explicit messages exchanged between the teacher and her daughter.

The school immediately fired Mejia and contacted the local police department about the incident. He was then arrested.

Court documents showed the victim had trusted him 'with her life' and told of how Mejia was like a guidance counselor to her, before taking advantage of his position to abuse the girl.

Schumer, Manchin strike deal ahead of election bill vote

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) said Tuesday that he will vote in favor of advancing a sweeping election bill, after striking a deal with Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) on a compromise proposal.

Schumer, speaking to reporters following a closed-door caucus lunch, announced that he and Manchin had reached an agreement. Under the deal, Manchin will provide the 50th Democratic vote on advancing the For the People Act later Tuesday, even though the measure will fall short of the 60 votes needed due to GOP opposition.

"We worked it out," Schumer told reporters.

In exchange for voting "yes" on Tuesday, Schumer said that if Democrats are able to advance to floor debate on the bill something they won't be able to do because of across-the-board Republican opposition he will give Manchin a vote on his proposal as an amendment.

“Over the past month, I have worked to eliminate the far reaching provisions of S.1, the For the People Act – which I do not support. I’ve found common ground with my Democratic colleagues on a new version of the bill that ensures our elections are fair, accessible and secure," Manchin said in a statement.

"Today I will vote ‘YES’ to move to debate this updated voting legislation as a substitute amendment to ensure every eligible voter is able to cast their ballot and participate in our great democracy," he added.

The For the People Act is a sweeping bill that in addition to setting national voting standards would also change the composition of the Federal Election Commission, add new restrictions on congressional redistricting, overhaul campaign finances and include new ethics rules for the president and vice president.

Manchin has said he can't support the bill as it was introduced. Instead, he circulated a list of what he can and cannot support. He said supports making Election Day a public holiday, mandating at least 15 consecutive days for early voting in federal elections, banning gerrymandering and making voter registration through state motor vehicle departments.

Manchin is also ready to back tighter campaign finance requirements currently in the For the People Act, including requiring online and digital ads to disclose their source similar to TV and radio ads, imposing tighter ethics requirements for presidents and vice presidents, and requiring campaigns and committees to report foreign contacts.

But he’s also recommending jettisoning one of the more controversial parts of the bill – public financing of campaigns. While he supports absentee voting he doesn’t go so far to endorse no-excuse absentee voting and, in a move likely to upset some Democrats, Manchin is proposing voter ID requirements with the possibility of alternatives such as a utility bill to provide proof of identity in order to vote.

Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine linked to rare blood disease - Israeli study

A spokesperson from the hospital stressed that this study, which was very small, should in no way deter people from vaccinating and encouraged anyone who has not yet been inoculated to get the jab.

The Pfizer coronavirus vaccine has been linked to an increased chance of developing thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), a rare blood disorder, Israeli researchers said Monday.

TTP is an autoimmune disease that causes blood clots to form in various organs of the body. According to the National Institutes of Health, these clots can limit or block the flow of oxygen-rich blood to key organs like the brain, kidneys and heart, resulting in serious health problems.

Researchers from the Institute of Hematology at Shamir Medical Center said they were alerted to the problem after seeing a sudden increase in TTP in the country – four cases detected in one month compared to two or three cases per year.

The medical team said they found a “chronological connection” between the vaccination of the patient and the onset of symptoms of the disease. They stressed that these are both new patients and patients whose disease flared up after a long period of remission.

The Health Ministry is currently evaluating the research and until the evaluation is complete, the doctors were asked not to interview.

As a result of their research, the medical team, led by Dr. Maya Koren-Michowitz, head of the Hematology and the Translational Hemato-Oncology Laboratory, recommended that people who have had TTP only get vaccinated with special permission from their doctor – and if they do vaccinate, to have a follow-up clinical evaluation.

“Physicians and patients need to be alert to the clinical symptoms: weakness fatigue, neurological disorders, hemorrhage and chest pain,” the team said in a release.

They also called on “healthy people” who are vaccinated to be vigilant and seek medical help immediately if symptoms appear. Early diagnosis and modern treatments have increased TTP patient survival rate from 10% in the past to 80% today.

NJ school board slammed as 'arrogant and incompetent,' reverses decision to remove holiday names from calendar

Board voted to list Memorial Day, Thanksgiving as 'days off'

A New Jersey school board has reversed plans to remove all holiday names from their school calendar after parents expressed outrage at an emergency meeting on the decision.

The Randolph Board of Education voted 8-1 Monday to reinstate the holidays after dozens of members of the community voiced outrage during the public comment portion of the meeting.

Tom Tatem, a Randolph Township father of four who created a petition demanding school board members resign, and James Jacobi, a Randolph Township father of three, told "Fox & Friends" Tuesday that the victory should be a lesson in transparency for towns across America.

"It's not about being the loudest to get your way, it's really about learning that this needs to be a transparent and accountable and collaborative process with the town that you live in," Jacobi said. "And that's one of the biggest messages we were giving the board last night, consistently across 40 different speakers. And that's what they really need to come and think about."

"They got the message," Tatem said. "They reversed course on their decision, which is very much appreciated."

Earlier this month the board voted to start listing holidays, including religious and national holidays such as Memorial Day and Thanksgiving, as "day off" on the school calendar after receiving backlash for renaming Columbus Day as Indigenous People's Day.

Tatem created a petition demanding Randolph Township school board members and Superintendent Jen Fano "resign immediately," saying they "clearly do not have the best interests of our children in anything they do" after they voted the day before to remove holidays from the official school calendar.

Tatem told Steve Doocy that it was a "little surprising" that none of the board members or superintendent resigned at the meeting. As of Tuesday morning, Tatem's petition had garnered more than 4,500 signatures.

"Truth be told, they've lost the trust of our community and I feel between a mixture of their arrogance and incompetence that they're not really the best people to proceed forward in helping to rebuild and help our community heal," Tatem said.

Another Randolph Township parent told "America's Newsroom" Tuesday that he remains "wary" about the school board's agenda after a member called parents "right-wing fanatics" during the meeting.

"I'm concerned about the tone and tenor of what's going on in town and really in the world," Michael Viespoli told Bill Hemmer. "It just doesn't feel right to me… last night was not a political event. It was a community coming together and speaking their voices."

High Court Delays as Assange Remains in Jail

Craig Murray says the leisurely approach of the High Court is entirely inappropriate given that an innocent man is suffering the most extreme form of incarceration available in the U.K.

Julian Assange remains in a maximum-security jail, despite never being sentenced for anything but a long ago served spell for bail-jumping, and despite the U.S. government’s request for extradition having been refused.

It is approaching six months since I was in court to hear the decision rejecting Assange’s extradition, and it was in the same week that Magistrate Vanessa Baraitser ordered Assange be kept in jail pending a U.S. appeal. Since then, the U.S. has submitted its appeal, which is somewhat intemperate in its efforts to discredit a number of highly distinguished expert witnesses at the hearing. The defense has submitted its response, including notice of points, where Baraitser found for the U.S. that the defense intend to counter-appeal.

Then for over three months — nothing. The High Court has not only not set a date for the U.S. appeal, it has not even indicated if the U.S. appeal meets the bar to be heard. There is some thought that the appeal lacks any arguable points of law and may be simply rejected. But the seemingly leisurely approach of the High Court to look at the matter is entirely inappropriate given that, in the meantime, an innocent man is suffering the most extreme form of incarceration available in the U.K.

Assange’s status is that his extradition has been rejected. He ought not to be in jail at all, let alone in such harsh conditions.

By contrast, I am sitting in my study despite being sentenced to eight months in jail. I am at liberty while the U.K. Supreme Court decides whether to hear my appeal. My lawyers believe, from their contact with the court administrators, that it is entirely possible that the Supreme Court will decide on whether to take my appeal, within the four-week suspension of my jail sentence granted by Judge Lady Dorrian. This is because otherwise I might be imprisoned.

It Makes No Sense

Why can the Supreme Court potentially decide whether to hear my appeal so quickly due to the threat of imprisonment, when the High Court is taking six times or more as long to decide whether to hear the U.S. appeal, when an innocent man is already imprisoned? It makes no sense.

It is not due to complexity: while of course Julian’s case is more important, any points of law at issue in the U.S. appeal are notably less complex than in my own appeal. To me, the only possible explanation is the determination of the state to keep Julian imprisoned at all costs.

It is now plain that U.S. President Joe Biden intends to press forward with the charging of Assange, a publisher and journalist, under the Espionage Act. This despite the opposition, however belated, of every major news organization and every major civil-liberties-oriented NGO. Biden’s recent European trip was choreographed to establish his full credentials as a Cold War warrior and to ensure a Western orthodoxy of hostility towards China. Biden is proving, as predicted, a perfect representative of the security and military state.

Having seen off the $15 minimum wage and proposals for meaningful “New Deal” expenditure, Biden can get down to the serious neoliberal work of improving the fortunes of the ultra-wealthy.

President Biden nominated Kiran Ahuja to head his Office of Personnel Management only to find she has some radical views. Among her controversies, she’s supported BLM protestors and funding their bail, to giving Ibram X. Kendi a platform to peddle critical race theory.

Back in the summer of 2020, Ahuja made her stance on BLM protests clear. “Our hope is the protests around the country signal not only shifting winds but finally coming to terms with our racist history as a country, and addressing it head-on,” she wrote on Philanthropy Northwest’s website while she was CEO. “We must do everything in our collective power to right historic and present-day injustices so that we build an anti-racist future in service of the Black and Indigenous visions for a world where we can all truly be free.” Later, when police arrested some protesters, she posted links to their bail funds.

Ahuja also hosted Ibram X. Kendi at an events. She was the one to introduce him before his speech, congratulating him for his book “that challenges deep-rooted discriminatory policies and actively works to dismantle racial inequities in society.” His book also dives into critical race theory, by teaching readers “how to be anti-racist.”

Biden has yet to comment on her controversies.

WATER WARS about to go kinetic in America as farmers targeted by “terrorist” state governments that are deliberately collapsing civilization

As Mac Slavo writes at SHTFplan.com, “Farmers in the United States have reached a breaking point.” The governments of California and Oregon are deliberately depriving farmers access to the critical water resources they need to grow crops, even when those resources are readily available.

The problem isn’t “drought,” it turns out. That’s just the cover story to push a climate crisis that will eventually be invoked to justify “climate lockdowns.” The real problem is corrupt government.

In California, the corrupt, criminal government is emptying fresh water into the ocean, draining reservoirs that were nearly full just two to three years ago. And in Oregon, the government is refusing to release water from Upper Klamath Lake, depriving downstream farmers of water they own via long-established water rights.

These water restriction tactics are being deliberately weaponized as part of an engineered plan to destroy the U.S. food supply and bankrupt food producers. The water exists to irrigate crops, but that water is being withheld on purpose.

The destruction of farming is all part of the larger plan to destroy America and usher in global tyranny

The farmers who depend on this water are seeing their livelihoods (and families) destroyed by these acts of government-sponsored terrorism against America’s food producers, so some farmers have decided to take matters into their own hands.

Wall Street Firm Blackstone Invests $6 Billion in Single-Family Homes

Wall Street asset management giant Blackstone Group on Tuesday announced it is buying a firm with a portfolio of 17,000 single-family rental homes in a $6 billion deal that bets big on the red-hot U.S. housing market.

Blackstone, which has over $600 billion in assets under management, said in a release that its real estate investment platform Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., had struck a deal to buy Home Partners of America (HPA) and its “high-quality” portfolio of thousands of homes across the United States.

HPA’s business model is to work with families to identify homes they might like to own within three to five years, which HPA then purchases and leases back to the families, giving them an option to buy at a later time. It is an arrangement Blackstone said it plans to continue.

Multiple Smuggling Attempts Lead to 178 Arrests

EDINBURG, Texas – Over the weekend, Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol Sector (RGV) shut down four stash houses leading to 144 apprehensions.

Friday morning, RGV agents received information regarding an Alamo, Texas, residence being used to harbor migrants. Agents and Alamo Police Department officers encountered 35 migrants, including two children. The migrants are from the countries of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Ecuador.

Friday afternoon, Donna Police Department requested assistance from the Weslaco Border Patrol station with a Donna, Texas, residence known to be harboring migrants. Responding authorities discovered 22 migrants hiding inside. The migrants are from the countries of Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, and China.

Friday evening, a concerned citizen reported suspicious activity at a Rio Grande City, Texas, residence. Rio Grande City Border Patrol Station agents alongside Rio Grande City Police Department officers responded to the location. As responding authorities approached the front door of the residence, they walked by a GMC Yukon parked in the driveway. Authorities observed four bundles of marijuana in the backseat of the vehicle. Additionally, forty-three migrants were found in the residence, including one unaccompanied juvenile. The migrants are from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Ecuador. No caretaker was identified. The marijuana was seized and turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Sunday morning, Falfurrias Border Patrol Station agents working in the brush near County Road 2191, observed a white Ford pick-up truck picking up several subjects from the brush. The white Ford pick-up truck, driving in tandem with a black GMC pick-up truck, drove through a ranch gate near County Road 229. Agents located the trucks and discovered five migrants in the nearby area. The drivers of the trucks were not located.

Sunday evening, McAllen Border Patrol Station (MCS) agents observed a black Buick Enclave pick up several migrants from the river in Los Ebanos, Texas. As agents pursued the Enclave, MCS agents received a call from a concerned citizen stating a white Ford Expedition was picking up migrants in the exact same location as the Buick Enclave had moments before. Both vehicles came to a stop as subjects attempted to abandon the vehicle. With the assistance of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) air units, agents were able to locate 16 subjects from the Ford Expedition and 9 from the Buick Enclave, including both drivers. Border Patrol took custody of all subjects.

The ACLU Hired 255 Workers for Georgia’s Fulton County to Be Deputy Registrars And Gave Them Full Internet and Voter Roll Access – What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

Carter Jones created two reports as a result of his experience and the observations he made in Fulton County Georgia on Election Day 2020 and on the days before and after the election. There was something that jumped out from this reporting that indicates more wrongdoing in the Georgia election that has not been reported.

In the 14-page report that Carter Johnson (his second report) prepared for the Secretary of State after the 2020 Election, Johnson shared the mess embedded in the Fulton County elections process.

In one section in the report provided by Carter Jones in the article above, Jones shares the following [emphasis added]:

6) During the general election, [Richard] Barron negotiated with the ACLU to provide 255 deputy registrars to use ENET to cancel absentee ballots. During the runoff, this task was performed mainly by a smaller number of non-ACLU deputy registrars. SHS received no complaints during the runoff about unnecessary wait times related to not having additional dedicated deputy registrars.

Georgia law states that NO Deputy Registrars:

shall engage in any political activity on behalf of a candidate, political party or body, or question, including, but not limited to, distributing campaign literature, engaging in any communication that advocates or criticizes a particular candidate, officeholder, or political party or body, and wearing badges, buttons, or clothing with partisan messages.

These individuals who work as Deputy Registrars should remain non-biased but Fulton County hired all ACLU workers to be Deputy Registrars?

Deputy Registrars Training is also required. This is noted in the ACLU’s ad for Deputy Registrars:

However, Monthly Operations Reports from Fulton County Board of Records and Elections (BRE) indicate that only 18 Deputy Registrars were trained in January 2020 (at 2 classes), and 31 Deputy Registrars were trained in February 2020 (at 5 classes). All months from March 2020 through October show “0” Deputy Registrars trained and “0” Deputy Registrar classes during this time.

A total of 49 Deputy Registrars were trained by Fulton County officials, yet 255 ACLU Deputy Registrars were active on Election Day for the General Election per Carter Jones’ report, and most (at least over 80%) if not all of these Deputy Registrars, apparently were not trained in that function by the BRE.

Was there no effort by the BRE to identify and train the Deputy Registrars, who act as de facto County Employee Election officials with direct access to the County Voter Rolls on their personal devices?

Disgraced Daszak Defended Fauci-Funded Gain-Of-Function Coronavirus Manipulation With ‘Pandemic Potential’.

The now disgraced COVID origin investigator Peter Daszak – whose “EcoHealth Alliance” funneled U.S. taxpayer cash to the Wuhan Institute of Virology – defended SARS gain-of-function experiments that potentially rendered the virus “capable of directly infecting humans” in a Nature article unearthed from November 2015. The National Pulse is publishing this information for the first time, shortly after Daszak was recused from the COVID-19 origin commission convened by the Lancet medical journal.

Quoted in an article entitled Engineered Bat Virus Stirs Debate Over Risky Research, Daszak defended the publication of the study in question: A SARS-like Cluster Of Circulating Bat Coronaviruses Shows Potential For Human Emergence.

“Lab-made coronavirus related to SARS can infect human cells,” Nature summarized, which counted funding from Mr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) and included collaboration with two researchers from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The article recounts how the experiment “triggered renewed debate over whether engineering lab variants of viruses with possible pandemic potential is worth the risks.”

Gain of Function.

While noting how a virus from horseshoe bats in China was manipulated to “infect human airway cells” and “mimic human disease,” Nature posits that the study qualified as gain-of-function research.

“The argument is essentially a rerun of the debate over whether to allow lab research that increases the virulence, ease of spread or host range of dangerous pathogens — what is known as ‘gain-of-function’ research,” the article explains.

“The latest study was already under way before the US moratorium [on gain-of-function] began, and the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) allowed it to proceed while it was under review by the agency, says Ralph Baric, an infectious-disease researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a co-author of the study.”

94% of those involved in prostitution in Ireland are migrant women and many don't speak English.

A seminar organised by the National Women's Council has heard today that over 700 women are advertised online for prostitution in Ireland daily.

The research was outlined by UCD's Sexual Exploitation Research Programme at the campaign launch of Beyond Exploitation.

Led by the National Women's Council, it is calling for policies and measures that will give people a choice not to be bought and sold for sex.

NWCI Director Orla O'Connor said her organisation is leading the civil campaign due to the profound social injustice of prostitution and sex exploitation.

She told the seminar that 86% of those who are trafficked in Ireland end up in the sex trade.

According to Ruth Breslin of UCD's SERP team, which has been researching the sex trade since 2017, a great deal of evidence shows prostitution is a highly organised trade here with many profiting on vulnerable, mainly migrant women.

She said women are moving or being moved around the country to satisfy demands. It means they are living or sleeping in multiple locations where they see buyers.

Ms Breslin said the majority of women want to exit the sex trade as soon as possible.

The Beyond Exploitation campaign is informed by the Equality Model according to those who are leading it including Ruhama and the Immigrant Council.

Central to this model is the 2017 law ensuring that the selling of sex by individuals is no longer illegal in Ireland.

More charges laid in relation human trafficking ring operating in Peterborough

Three residents of Maryhill, ON, located near Guelph, were arrested by Peterborough police in early June

More charges have been laid against three residents from the Guelph area arrested in connection with a human trafficking investigation earlier this month.

Peterborough police say the suspects were scheduled to appear in court on Monday, June 21, and will each face an additional charge of Communicate with Anyone for the Purpose of Obtaining Sexual Services.

As part of the search warrants officers seized over $165,000 in Canadian Currency and several thousand more in foreign currencies.

Police initially made the arrests after executing search warrants in connection with an alleged ongoing human trafficking investigation.

In January 2021, members of the Peterborough Police Service began an investigation into human trafficking in the City of Peterborough which evolved into a Provincial organized crime investigation allegedly identifying numerous victims in cities across Ontario and into Alberta.

As a result of the six-month investigation, three people were charged with human trafficking related offences:

53-year-old Bounma Houmphavong of Maryhill, ON has been charged with trafficking in persons X 6 and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

42-year-old Yin Ping Houmphavong of Maryhill, ON has been charged with trafficking in persons X 6 and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

34-year-old Huan Lu of Maryhill, ON has been charged with trafficking in persons X 6 and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

Police seized a large quantity of Canadian currency, 40 to 50 cellphones and electronic devices, assets of the accused and numerous documents related to victims from locations in Maryhill, Oshawa, Newmarket, and Markham.

The accused appeared in court June 10, 2021 at which time they were remanded into custody.

7 members of human trafficking racket arrested from Narail, Jashore: Police

The arrestees are being taken to Dhaka, he said.

Among the arrestees, Nodi Akter (31) is said to be one of the kingpins of the racket, according to police.

Police have not yet divulged the information of the six other arrestees.

Recently, five women, who were trafficked to India and later forced into sex work, escaped from the clutches of the racket and returned to Bangladesh.

Nodi is accused in at least two of the five trafficking cases filed with Hatirjheel Police Station in recent weeks.

Police said Nodi, a key suspect, can speak four languages.

Investigators have learnt that Nodi herself was trafficked to Malaysia by a racket in 2017.

After coming back to the country in 2019, she met another trafficker named Sonia and eventually got involved in the racket.

After the video clip of a 22-year-old Bangladeshi woman being tortured and sexually assaulted went viral on social media, Indian police on May 27 arrested Rifatul Islam Ridoy also known as Ridoy Babo on social media platform TikTok along with five other Bangladeshis in Bengaluru.

Bangladesh police then began an investigation and found a transnational racket, involving some Bangladeshis, which trapped victims using TikTok.

The investigators said the arrested traffickers are from the same group.

So far, law enforcement officials in Bangladesh have arrested 20 accused while Indian police arrested 12.

Wichita police arrest 16 on human trafficking charges

The Wichita Police Department has announced the arrests of 16 people in connection with an anti-human-trafficking operation that also involved state and federal agencies.

The arrests were made as part of “Operation Archangel,” an effort of the Department of Homeland Security, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, the Kansas Highway Patrol, Hutchinson police, and the Kansas Attorney General’s office. The operation also involved the organization ICT SOS and the Kansas Department for Children and Families.

On June 17th, decoy officers were used to arrest ten buyers of commercial sex in the South Broadway area. One sex worker was recovered and is now receiving services as part of a criminal justice diversion practice.

On June 18th, detectives from the Exploited and Missing Child Unit arrested a man for aggravated human trafficking and other child sex charges related to an ongoing case with a 15-year-old male victim.

ICT SOS received a tip on an at-risk adult victim at a home near Harry and Oliver, and officers arrested a trafficker and connected a victim with social services.

Six people were arrested at a local hotel on charges including promoting the sale of sex, buying sex, selling sex, and possession of narcotics. Three of the sex workers were diverted from jail after agreeing to speak with advocates.

In all, the operation arrested 11 buyers, one human trafficker, two promoters, one companion and one sex worker.

Florida Woman Accused Of Taking & Distributing Photos Of Child Sex Abuse

Ocala, Florida – Ashley Renea Hilligoss, 37, of Citrus Springs, has been charged with the “production and distribution of images depicting the sexual abuse of a child.”

According to the complaint, Hilligoss “took sexually explicit photographs of a child to whom she had access and sent these photos to another individual over the internet.”

Federal agents later searched an encrypted online file storage account belonging to that individual, which account contained copies of the photographs.

If convicted on both counts, Hilligoss faces a maximum penalty of 50 years in federal prison and a potential life term of supervised release.
