Can someone explain why these graphs are almost identical?

silver / usd

gold / usd

euro / usd

Lot of people said that it was a "dig" for the silver and the gold and that was the time to buy it.

But it look like that in reality the dollar have more value, but why and how the dollar have "earn" a lot of value in a few minuts?
