It is a case about AZ election laws possibly violating Voting Right's Act ( VRA)

I want to point out something familiar I have seen with Liberal Judges and this "Muh Raysiss" crap and can be heard clearly in Kagan's questions.

They use hypotheticals that are extreme and almost comical while avoiding reality based scenarios.

From what I have heard so far, it seems like the left wants election laws toEQUALIZEsocioeconomic disparities in minority communities. The laws need to provide equal opportunity to vote and certainly cannot be expected to fix everything wrong in America as it relates to mistreatment of blacks that have taken place for generations. The left appears to want voting laws to give extra to minorities because their socioeconomic situation is not equal. They want ballot harvesting and mail in voting as a way to do that ( so they say). They want voting out of precinct for the same reason. ( because minorities don't have cars as much )
