Went to posh restaurant last weekend - black waiter. Treated us like we were bothering him. Greeted us with "sup" and a head nod. Not kidding in the least. Wife anon - instant condescending killing with kindness tone. Smiling, laughing - thanking him at every turn. "oh my god Thank you soooooo much for the water". He got more pissed with every visit.
