What do free people do

when the people they have elected to serve them

the people they conferred power and authority to

abdicate their duty of office

or abuse that authority?

What we've been led to believe is that

we must conduct a long and drawn out process

of arranging new elections.

Meanwhile the culprits remain in power.

When a person abdicates… it is a form of resignation.

Like when a person decides not to come to work -resigns.

A vote for replacements needs to take place…

with or without the permission of the culprits themselves.

Cities, counties, and states can form citizen commissions

to conduct a very cheap – even FREE of charge - vote.

You just need a list of legal citizens of that area.

Make a public notice of a vote.

The vote must be… in person.

A helpline will be available for those who need help.

A date ten days from the day of the public notice

people will vote temporary or permanent replacements

until the next general election… or appointment by a future vote.

The vote will be for "immediate removal from office. YES or NO.

Nominations could also be made for appointments at that time.

Ten days later the second vote could take place.

A vote of the people is a VOTE OF THE PEOPLE.

Whether the Secretary of State acknowledges it or not.

Whether the Governor or the Mayor respects it … or not.

The people can force the removal.

Any police authority should beware… and stand down

while the process takes place.

The people DON'T NEED ANYONE'S PERMISSION to VOTE.
