Boris Epshteyn: A Nuclear Explosion of Evidence in Arizona is Coming Out

Former Special Assistant to President Trump Boris Epshteyn joined Steve Bannon and The War Room on Wednesday. Epshteyn predicted what is going to come out of the Arizona audit — a nuclear bomb!

Boris Epshteyn: From what I’m hearing the information coming out is that the amount of ballots missing continues to be overwhelming. Let’s put it that way. We’re not going into numbers. That’s not our role. That’s going to come out at the right time… And when the information does come out, if it stays the way it is now, it’s going to be a nuclear explosion against this narrative against Democrats, against the mainstream media… This is absolutely major. Arizona is on fire. What they are uncovering is what we logically have known ever since the late night of November 3rd, early November 4th. We’ve known from the TIME magazine article. The Democrat Machine did everything they could to steal this election.

Voluntary assisted dying to become law in South Australia as euthanasia bill passes Parliament

After a three-decade long battle by voluntary euthanasia campaigners, South Australia has become the fourth state in the nation to pass legislation on voluntary assisted dying, after eleventh-hour amendments to the bill.

Key points:

South Australia has joined Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia in approving a voluntary assisted dying scheme

Patients in SA could access a voluntary euthanasia scheme as early as the end of next year

It was the 17th attempt in 26 years in SA, and comes after persistent campaigning by advocates

The Voluntary Assisted Dying Bill has just been passed by the South Australian Parliament, after securing the support of both the Upper and Lower houses.

It means patients in the state could access assisted dying as early as the end of next year.

The passing of the legislation represents a landmark in a lengthy campaign for assisted dying reform, and the bill was the 17th attempt in 26 years to legalise euthanasia in SA.

The bill will now go to the SA Governor for assent, before authorities start work to implement the scheme within 18 to 24 months.

The state's legislation is modelled on Victoria's existing laws, which include more than 70 safeguards.

Additional amendments voted in on Wednesday will allow private hospitals as well as individual medical practitioners to conscientiously object if they refer patients to a place where they can access the scheme.

Eligible participants must be over 18, have lived in SA for at least a year and be deemed compliant by two doctors.

Their condition must be terminal, causes intolerable suffering and is expected to cause death within weeks or months.

Victoria, Western Australia and Tasmania have already made voluntary assisted dying legal, and Queensland plans to vote on the issue before its next state election.

Syria is suffering a devastating wheat shortage the media claim is due to drought – but the truth is a lot more complicated

Syria is back in the news again. This time, it’s not about hospitals allegedly being bombed, but a drought devastating Syria's wheat harvest. But there's a lot more to the story than a simple ‘Act of God’.

A recent article on Reuters would have readers believe the current Syrian wheat shortage mainly due to drought. The article makes a passing reference to the crippling Western sanctions choking Syrians, but doesn't emphasize how those sanctions contribute to the wheat shortage, as well as the fuel shortage, massive hyperinflation, and an all-round worsening of Syrian lives.

On June 16, Prensa Latina reported on wheat theft by US occupation forces noting, “a convoy of 32 trucks and containers loaded with looted wheat left for Iraq… The column was guarded by vehicles of the so-called Syrian Democratic Forces (FDS).”

There are a host of other factors that have plagued Syria’s crops in recent years, largely ignored in Western reporting.

In May last year, Syrian state media, citing civilian sources in southern Hasaka (northeastern Syria), reported,“a US Apache helicopter dropped a number of thermal balloons while flying close to the ground, setting a number of fires and burning more than 200 dunums (200,000 square metres) of wheat fields in Adla village, in Shaddadi countryside.”

In June, Syria’s then-Permanent Representative to the UN, Dr. Bashar al-Ja'afari, spoke of “thousands of hectares of wheat fields” set ablaze, and further noted the US’ theft of Syrian oil, cotton and sheep.

And, as I wrote, “Civilians from affected areas near Turkish occupation posts likewise blame Turkish forces for setting fires and firing live ammunition upon those who attempt to extinguish the fires, farmers literally watching their livelihoods go up in flames. The Hasakah Agriculture Directorate director likewise blames Turkey for arson of the crops.”

Whistleblower Document Appears To Show Microsoft Helped Write Big Tech Bills

Microsoft was given an advance copy of major antitrust legislation, a document given to Republican Rep. Thomas Massie by a whistleblower appeared to show.

“I just came into possession of a document that everyone needs to know about,” Massie said during the Judiciary Committee markup of the legislation on Wednesday. “It’s marked ‘CONFIDENTIAL – Microsoft.’ A whistleblower provided this. It’s the first draft of one of these bills that would’ve covered Microsoft.”

Later in the hearing, Democratic Rep. Zoe Lofgren also criticized recent changes made to the legislation, noting that Microsoft Windows could be exempt from regulations under the new version.

“We did not seek to be excluded from the bills,” Microsoft spokesperson Jennifer Crider told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Microsoft was given an advance copy of major antitrust legislation, a document given to Republican Rep. Thomas Massie by a whistleblower appeared to show.

The document is the original version of the Platform Competition and Opportunity Act, one of Democrats’ six pending antitrust bills targeting Big Tech, according to Rep. Thomas Massie. Every page of the document, which the Daily Caller News Foundation obtained on Wednesday, is watermarked with the text “CONFIDENTIAL – Microsoft.”

“I just came into possession of a document that everyone needs to know about,” Massie said during the Judiciary Committee markup of the legislation on Wednesday. “It’s marked ‘CONFIDENTIAL – Microsoft.’ A whistleblower provided this. It’s the first draft of one of these bills that would’ve covered Microsoft. This begs the question: did Microsoft have this bill and the other bills that we are voting on today before I had this bill?”

“Why would you have to mark it ‘CONFIDENTIAL – Microsoft’ if they found it on the website for Congress,” he said.

The original version of the Platform Competition and Opportunity Act that Microsoft apparently received notably included a much lower threshold for determining which Big Tech companies would be affected than the updated version, the whistleblower document showed. Whereas the latest version of the bill states that platforms with at least 50 million monthly active users would be subject to the antitrust regulations, the original version provided by the whistleblower set that number at 500,000.

The monthly active users change exempts Microsoft’s services from being affected by the proposed regulations, Massie said during the hearing. He asked the other members of the committee if any other Big Tech company was also exempted from the regulations due to the alterations.

“We did not seek to be excluded from the bills,” Microsoft spokesperson Jennifer Crider told the DCNF.

Crider added that Microsoft Windows has more than 50 million monthly active users.

However, a separate alteration to the original bill potentially exempts Windows from the regulations. The first version defined “online platform” as an “operating system” while the latest version defined it as a “mobile operating system.”

Biden administration cancels $500M of student loan debt | This is who qualifies

The U.S. Department of Education (Department) announced today the approval of 18,000 borrower defense to repayment (borrower defense) claims for individuals who attended ITT Technical Institute (ITT). These borrowers will receive 100 percent loan discharges, resulting in approximately $500 million in relief. This brings total loan cancellation under borrower defense by the Biden-Harris Administration to $1.5 billion for approximately 90,000 borrowers.

“Our action today will give thousands of borrowers a fresh start and the relief they deserve after ITT repeatedly lied to them,” said Education Secretary Miguel Cardona. “Today’s action is part of the Biden-Harris Administration’s continued commitment to stand up for borrowers when their institutions take advantage of them. Many of these borrowers have waited a long time for relief, and we need to work swiftly to render decisions for those whose claims are still pending. This work also emphasizes the need for ongoing accountability so that institutions will never be able to commit this kind of widespread deception again.”

These approvals cover two categories of claims submitted by borrowers who attended ITT: their likely employment prospects and the ability to transfer credits. This is the first approval of a new category of borrower defense claims by the Department since January 2017.

On employment prospects, the Department is expanding findings that it had previously made just for students who attended ITT in California to cover borrowers regardless of where they attended. ED’s review of the evidence found that ITT made repeated and significant misrepresentations to students related to how much they could expect to earn and the jobs they could obtain after graduation between 2005 and the institution’s closure in 2016. In reality, borrowers repeatedly stated that including ITT attendance on resumes made it harder for them to find employment, and their job prospects were not improved by attending ITT.

Similarly, the Department found that ITT misled students about the ability to transfer their credits to other institutions from January 2007 through October 2014. The Department found that credits rarely transferred and borrowers made little to no progress along their educational journey, yet were saddled with student loan debt as a result of their time at ITT.

These findings were made possible thanks to evidence provided by partners at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Iowa Office of the Attorney General, as well as Veterans Education Success. The Department looks forward to continuing to work with these organizations and others whenever schools engage in conduct that harms borrowers.

The Department will begin notifying borrowers of their approvals in the coming weeks and will then work expeditiously to discharge the approximately $500 million loan balances for these borrowers.

Today’s action continues efforts by the Department to provide targeted loan relief to student borrowers and ensure borrower defense and other relief programs are delivering promised assistance to borrowers. In March, the agency took action to grant $1 billion in relief to 72,000 borrowers with previously approved borrower defense claims. The Department also suspended requests for earnings documentation from borrowers who had received a total and permanent disability discharge. This action reinstated discharges for 41,000 borrowers and will help protect another 190,000 borrowers from the risk of losing their discharges. Additionally, the Department announced plans to conduct rulemaking on borrower defense, total and permanent disability discharges, and other items, starting with public hearings on June 21, 23, and 24.

Joe Biden: ‘A Range of Programs’ Are Needed for Americans to Not ‘Pull the Trigger’

President Joe Biden delivered remarks Wednesday on the administration’s strategy to prevent gun crimes across the country when he said there is “a range of programs” he believes is needed to keep Americans from pulling the trigger.

A reporter asked Biden what he feels would be the “most effective thing that government can do to change the mindset of those who feel compelled to pull the triggers” of guns.

Biden said in response to the question that one could hope to change the mindset of people by “being engaged in a whole range of programs.”

He continued to say that involves “everything from mental health programs” to start engaging with people earlier on and “letting them know there’s other options.”

We need to be “making sure that when a child is young, they have access to real education, they get started off on the right foot,” Biden continued.

In addition, he said when someone gets out of prison, someone should be “making sure” they are not going to be “denied public housing” and therefore, “don’t have to go back under the bridge where they were living before, that they are able to get help for healthcare, et cetera.”

Most importantly Biden said we ought to be “Re-engaging them in the neighborhood, giving them some hope, some opportunity.”

He also said that while you reengage people back “in the neighborhood” after they are released from prison, you also need to be “making sure that those folks who are taking advantage of them by taking advantage of their situation are in fact held accountable.”

FactCheck.org is nothing but lies and fraud

A former director at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a private corporation, is now in charge of the foundation that funds FactCheck.org’s “vaccine fact-checking” program.

A flagrant conflict of interest, Richard E. Besser’s appointment as President and CEO of the Robert Wood Johnson (RWJ) Foundation following his tenure at the CDC just goes to show that “fact checking” is a total sham that serves as a front for Big Pharma to spread propaganda about the “safety and effectiveness” of its chemical products.

The RWJ Foundation, by the way, just so happens to hold over $1.8 billion worth of stock in Johnson & Johnson (J&J), which also just so happens to be peddling “vaccines” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19).

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) recently tweeted about this conflict of interest, jokingly calling on FactCheck.org to “fact check this,” followed by detailed information about how FactCheck.org is basically a Big Pharma front group posing as an “independent fact-checker.”

“Roughly 15% of said foundation’s assets are J&J stock,” Massie wrote. “Bless your heart if you think factcheck.org is an unbiased source of vaccine information.”

FactCheck.org is guilty of criminal RICO violations

It would appear, based on the circumstances, that FactCheck.org is engaging in illegal activity that violates the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).

RICO, in case you are unfamiliar with it, covers things like illegal gambling, bribery, kidnapping, murder, money laundering, counterfeiting, embezzlement, drug trafficking and slavery.

Many of these things occurred under the guise of fighting the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “pandemic,” which makes FactCheck.org complicit and deserving of a full investigation for its involvement in steering the plandemic conversation away from the truth.

“To convict a defendant under RICO, the government must prove that the defendant engaged in two or more instances of racketeering activity and that the defendant directly invested in, maintained an interest in, or participated in a criminal enterprise affecting interstate or foreign commerce,” notes Armstrong Economics.

“The law has been used to prosecute members of the mafia, the Hells Angels motorcycle gang, and Operation Rescue, an anti-abortion group, among many others.”

Boris Johnson is accused of insulting rape victims in the Commons after branding criticism of low sex attack conviction rates 'jabber'

Prime minister said sorry to rape victims who have experienced 'inadequacies'

Just 1.6 per cent of reported rapes and attempted rapes result in a charge

Was branded 'disgraceful' after describing criticism during PMQs as 'jabber'

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9719427/Boris-Johnson-accused-insulting-rape-victims-Commons.htmlBoris Johnson was yesterday accused of describing criticism of low conviction rates for rape offences as 'jabber'.

Just 1.6 per cent of reported rapes and attempted rapes result in a charge and Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer said victims were being failed.

In his response in the Commons, the Prime Minister said: 'We're getting on with the job – they jabber, we jab. They dither and we deliver. They vacillate and we vaccinate.'

Labour's Jess Phillips said the comment was 'disgraceful' and demanded an apology but Mr Johnson's press secretary insisted the use of the word 'jabber' was aimed at the Opposition.

The Prime Minister gave an apology to rape victims who have experienced 'inadequacies' in the criminal justice system.

It emerged yesterday that prosecutors are trawling through rape victims' school reports before deciding whether to charge their attackers.

Dame Vera Baird QC, the Victims' Commissioner, told MPs there was an 'over demand' by prosecutors for disclosure of 'every piece' of data, including medical notes and social services reports.

FAA Issues Warning About "Electromagnetic Radiation"

A longstanding topic of great speculation among curious minds is HAARP, a controversial Alaska-based research facility that studies the outermost layer of Earth's atmosphere: the ionosphere.

HAARP (short for High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) has been at the center of wild speculation that its high-power radio frequency transmitter facility can control the weather. Though those claims have yet to be confirmed, conspiracy theorists say otherwise.

HAARP has fallen out of the news cycle in recent years for inactivity, but there's reason to believe that it's being fired back up for "scientific research."

A notice to airmen (known as a NOTAM) was issued by the Federal Aviation Administration on June 17 with the beginning date of June 21 through June 25.

Ant Group Forced To Spearhead China's New National Credit-Scoring System

Beijing has apparently figured out a way for Alibaba's Ant Group to help compensate for founder Jack Ma's public criticisms: the firm is being forced to partner with a bevy of state-controlled enterprises to develop China's first credit-scoring system (apparently, Beijing prioritized the rollout of its "social credit" system over the more traditional version).

For decades now, Chinese financial institutions have been pining for a national system of credit scoring like the FICO system used in the US, despite the fact that Chinese consumers almost exclusively rely on mobile and electronic payments.

According to WSJ, the new entity, which could be established as soon as Q3 of this year, could result in Ant ceding some control over the voluminous data it has on the financial habits of Chinese citizens. More than one billion Chinese use Ant’s Alipay app to spend, borrow or invest their money. All this data collected by Ant is the company's secret weapon. But instead of Ant hoarding the data for itself, talks are ongoing in which the Jack Ma-controlled Ant will is launching a joint venture with a state-owned company. The resulting firm would be licensed as a credit-scoring company.

Discussions about how these credit scores would fit into China's national database of consumer information have continued.

The new venture with state-backed investors would override Ant's previous attempts to spearhead a national credit-scoring system under its own brand, Zhima Credit. Ant started the brand six years ago, and once had ambitious plans of using Zhima to provide credit scores for Chinese citizens - but those hopes were dashed, and the division was instead relegated to being a loyalty program for Alipay customers.

While the PBOC already runs a Credit Reference Center that collects credit information about individuals and companies from banks and other financial institutions, it lacks data on many consumers who either don’t qualify for traditional bank loans or are "unbanked" for whatever reason. Fortunately, Ant, whose Alipay platform handled the equivalent of more than $17 trillion worth of transactions and originated loans to more than one-third of China's population in the year to June 2020, has collected troves of consumer data for years.

Back in 2016, Alibaba was investing heavily in Zhima to try and make the division China's premier credit-scoring database. The firm had been invited by the PBOC (along with a handful of rival firms) to try and create its own credit bureau. Ant hired people from Equifax to build the risk assessment and scoring system.

The company expected the PBOC to grant it a license to run the credit-scoring system after it had finished building out the system connecting lenders across the country to pool data on potential borrowers. But that never happened.

Instead, regulators cracked down on peer-to-peer lending platforms after some turned out to lack proper risk controls, or be outright scams. The PBOC also decided it no longer wanted a nationwide credit-scoring system run. The PBOC later tried to revive the credit scoring system, but found private firms to be less-than-willing partners.

With its ambitions curtailed, Zhima soon began to fade. Ant instead used the "Zhima scores" as the basis for a loyalty program for Alipay users. People with high scores could enjoy perks such as deposit-free hotel bookings and rentals of cars, bicycles and mobile power banks.

While Zhima likely won't be a part of the new state-controlled credit-scoring system, WSJ said the state-controlled enterprises that are partnering with Ant to create the new system will likely benefit from all Zhima's data.

Senators say White House aides agreed to infrastructure 'framework'

Senators involved in bipartisan negotiations say they and White House officials have agreed to an infrastructure "framework," and they'll meet with President Biden Thursday to brief him.

“Republicans and Democrats have come together, along with the White House, and we’ve agreed on a framework and we’re gonna be heading to the White House tomorrow," Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) told reporters after a meeting Wednesday.

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), another member of the group, confirmed the White House officials in the meeting signed off on the framework and that they "came to an agreement."

"They said it sounded good…We said we're all on the same page," Manchin added about the White House reaction in the meeting.

The plan, according to the senators, consists largely of details the bipartisan group has released in recent weeks as the senators tried to gain momentum for their proposal. It includes roughly the same amount of new spending, $579 billion, for a total of $974 billion over five years or $1.2 trillion over eight years.

After days of high-profile confusion and divisions over how to pay for the agreement, senators emerged from Wednesday night's meeting saying that both the top-line and the how to pay for it had been locked in.

"There is a framework on a bipartisan infrastructure package," Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine), another member of the group, told reporters.

The agreement is effectively tentative until, and if, Biden signs off. Senators noted that they still also need to draft the legislation and iron out final details.

"There are always details …we haven't written this down yet," Romney said.

Collins added that there are "still a lot of details to be worked out."

And the White House stopped short of putting Biden's stamp of approval on the framework ahead of Thursday's meeting, effectively making it a tentative agreement.

"White House senior staff had two productive meetings today with the bipartisan group of Senators who have been negotiating about infrastructure. The group made progress towards an outline of a potential agreement, and the President has invited the group to come to the White House tomorrow to discuss this in-person," White House spokesperson Jen Psaki said in a statement.

But it's still a boost for the likelihood that Biden is able to get his biggest legislative priority through Congress and a significant breakthrough for the chances of a bipartisan infrastructure package.

Senators and the administration have been locked in talks for months—first with a group of GOP senators led by Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and then with the bipartisan group, spearheaded by Sens. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) and Rob Portman (R-Ohio).

It's also a u-turn from even earlier Wednesday when the group faced skepticism from their colleagues that they would be able to get a deal.

Republicans, watching their colleagues try to capture what has effectively been a policy white whale for years, questioned if Democratic negotiators and the White House were on the same page.

They Are Gaslighting Us! Nightmarish Inflation Is Already Here But The Fed Is Denying That It Even Exists

They would like us to believe that what we can see happening right in front of our eyes is not actually real. Over the past year, our politicians in Washington have gone on the largest spending binge in U.S. history by a very wide margin, and the Federal Reserve has created the most enormous financial bubble of all time by pumping trillions upon trillions of fresh dollars into the financial markets. Of course this was going to cause very painful inflation, and prices are rising very aggressively all around us. But Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell and other leaders in Washington are trying to convince us that even though they added all of this money to the system it has hardly affected the overall rate of inflation at all. They are “gaslighting” us, and it is absolutely infuriating.

If you are not familiar with the term “gaslighting”, the following is how Wikipedia defines it…

Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation in which a person or a group covertly sows seeds of doubt in a targeted individual or group, making them question their own memory, perception, or judgement.

This is precisely what they are trying to do to all of us. Everyone can see that nightmarish inflation is already here, but they are trying to manipulate us into thinking that it is not.

Just look at home prices. Everyone needs a place to live, and existing home prices have risen 23.6 percent over the past year…

The median existing-home price rose 23.6% in May from a year earlier to $350,300, a record high, NAR said. The annual price appreciation was the strongest in data going back to 1999. Median sales prices have climbed sharply since rising above $300,000 for the first time last July.

At this point, homes are absolutely flying off the market. In fact, the average time that a home stays on the market has hit a record low…

Homes are selling quickly. The typical home that sold in May spent 17 days on the market, matching the record low reached in April, NAR said.

Buyers with limited cash for down payments are struggling the most to compete. Half of existing-home buyers in April who used mortgages put at least 20% down, according to a NAR survey.

But Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell insists that everything is just fine and that the Fed is perfectly capable of keeping inflation around 2 percent…

“When Congress spends trillions of dollars and the Fed prints money, something’s got to give,” Rep. Mark Green (R., Tenn.) said. He asked Mr. Powell whether the price increases seen in recent months are “the start of something that could be as bad as the ‘70s,” when inflation reached double digits.

Mr. Powell said such a scenario is “very, very unlikely,” in part because the central bank “is strongly prepared to use its tools to keep us around 2% inflation.”

What an insane thing to say.

How can you claim that you are going to “keep us around 2% inflation” when inflation is already out of control?

As John Williams of shadowstats.com has documented, if honest numbers were being used the official rate of inflation would already be well into double digits.

Of course for certain categories we are now seeing triple digit inflation. For instance, at one point in May the price of lumber was four times higher than it was at the same time last year…

The price of lumber, which shot up to $1,600 per thousand board feet in May from $400 early last year, is making renovations more expensive – especially projects that involve kitchens cabinets, hardwood floors and additions that require framing.

But Powell just told Congress that he is not troubled by any of this…

“If you look behind the headline and look at the categories where these prices are really going up, you’ll see that it tends to be areas that are directly affected by the reopening,” Mr. Powell said in a hearing before a House subcommittee. “That’s something that we’ll go through over a period. It will then be over. And it should not leave much of a mark on the ongoing inflation process.”

These days, Powell is definitely starting to sound a lot like Frank Drebin.

We are supposed to believe that nothing out of the ordinary is happening, but meanwhile the wholesale price of chicken wings has more than tripled…

“The [wholesale] price of wings a year ago was as low as 98 cents,” per pound, Charlie Morrison, Chairman and CEO of Wingstop Restaurants Inc., told CNN Business. “Today, it’s at $3.22. So it’s a meaningful difference.”

Our leaders insist that this is perfectly normal.

Nothing to see here.
