The linguistic and psychological (witless) duel Joe tried to layout, is a little different then that.

He was trying to invoke imagery of The Tree of Liberty and made a mess of it AND left out the tyranny part (government people NEVER go anywhere near that part of the tree). It’s a legitimate dog whistle for revolution. He was daring Patriots with that part… in the next jiberish breath, saying Patriots wouldn’t stand a chance without jets and nukes.
