I remember some years ago, like maybe 20 or so, Bill Gates being called onto the carpet by Washington DC, ostensibly for taxes or some such, I always thought it seemed a bit weird. Here's a guy worth billions, and they call him to DC. I wonder what the REAL reason was, because I have my doubts about their, "plausible," reason.

Not to mention the fact that this guy wrote an operating system that was practically on every single computer in the world. I can see certain elements within our government drooling at the prospects that presented.

I have a sneaking suspicion that many of these bad actors, are in cahoots with a rising power in the EU. Biblical. The last empire in the book of Daniel. Remnants of the old Roman Empire revived. I suspect they don't give a shit about America, only in power and money and aren't picky about where it comes from.

No, I think it remained a political power, it just disguised itself as religious, although in a sense, I guess you could say it was also religious, the problem is, it went from being a truly Christian religion, to something else. Something more akin to a pantheon than true Christianity. Now it seems more like Semiramis and Tammuz worship. It morphed and became corrupted.

I was raised catholic, so I know. When I was young, I started reading the bible on my own and it didn't take me very long to figure out there were some…"disparities," with what I was reading and what I was, "taught."

Catholicism WAS initially the Christian church, but after about 200 years it got corrupted and things quickly went to shit.

Part of the problem was, that once it was corrupted and they realized it's potential, they had to get it to spread. So, what to do? Most of Europe and everywhere else were essentially polytheists, and when they tried to sell the idea of a single God, and change holidays etc, most of the pagans were unwilling to give up their, "holidays," like yuletide for example. So, in order to make, the, "new," version of, "Christianity," more palatable, they kept a lot of the old pagan holidays and just sort of Christianized them.

Truth be told, Jesus didn't change a darn thing as far as Mosaic holidays are concerned. Passover, Pentecost and festival of booths actually apply to both Jew and Gentile once you understand what they represent. Christmas and almost every holiday we observe have pagan roots.

Well, yeah, that's true. The apostles never said anything about having a pope. Constantine is the one who came up with that one. In those days, each city had a bishop, who was essentially the guy everyone agreed should be the local Christian leader.
