My vote is here. Iran's Minister of Foreign Affairs Zarif has already threatened to talk. He should. Coming from him as not only an outside source, but potentially a participant, may be more reliable to the general public.

Iran revealing the players, vs. POTUS & admin revealing the players, looks less bipartisan and keeps POTUS neutral for the sake of optics.
