I think it's more than milieu control, it's about a flood of information which individuals sort through and sift to form their own conclusions. In doing so they are not simply learning but experiencing and coming to a deep understanding of the information is presented.

There are constant distractions by shills. These distractions constantly shift and are topical. moojoos>aj/corsi>pickles.

The mental exercise to sift through the chaff to get to the crumbs of wheat has an impact on the learning process. To take the crumbs and do personal research deepens this process.

Powerful and addictive.

Bachman's letter went to the OIG and mentions the Muslim Brotherhoods ties to Hamas which is the political arm of Hezbollah.

This would fall directly under the purview of Project Cassandra.

Project Cassandra is an effort led by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to undercut Hezbollah funding from illicit drug sources.[1] Launched in 2008, the project was said to be investigating the terrorist organization's funding.[2] According to the DEA, Hezbollah has become increasingly involved with drug trafficking and organized crime as a method of funding its activities.[3][4] The investigation was tracking how large sums of money were being laundered from the Americas, through Africa, and to Lebanon into Hezbollah's coffers.
