There are 31k 'users' on his blockchain.. How would all these files become available?? Would one have to download all of them??? If you were a decent programmer you could easily set those VPS up to do some crazy shit like unencrypt files and send them out to the world… every major news network… shit even every device connected with McAfee software. You would have to have money and extensive knowledge of NFT/blockchain
