If you want to increase whole body carnosine levels, just take beta alanine. Histidine (carnosine is a dipeptide composed of BA and histidine ) is already ubiquitous in the body. Taking carnosine orally diffuses it through the whole body, not to mention exposure to that carnosinase enzyme that degrades it.
What we are doing is targeting our critical entry points with a form that is easily absorbed Into those tissues (lung and sinus) to saturation levels to form a defensive barrier.
I am making my own. The delivery system isn't just a straight liposome, but tweaked in certain ways by my own design.

In the lungs is trickier but not impossible. Liposomal formulations are based on the structure of phospholipids, the main structural co.ponent of every cellular membrane in the body, so that is why I'm using that form.
