Georgia’s Garland Favorito Responds to Judge Amero’s Latest Ruling: “We Really Are Pleased that the Court Has Ruled in Our Favor for the Fifth Time"

Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero ruled on Thursday on the elections lawsuit by Plaintiff Garland Favorito, the founder of VoterGA, a nonpartisan, non-profit organization that has led the election integrity movement in Georgia for 16 years.

In March a Georgia judge ruled that Favorito’s group “Voter GA” would be allowed to unseal the Fulton County Georgia ballots and inspect them for invalid votes.

Then in April Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger petitioned the court to keep the Fulton County ballots sealed.

Favorito at the time accused Raffensperger of being in “cover-up mode” by his recent actions.

On Thursday night several media outlets described today’s ruling as a defeat for Garland, VoterGA, and election integrity.

But Mr. Favorito doesn’t seem overly concerned about the judge’s ruling and is, in fact, calling the ruling a “victory.”

On Thursday evening we spoke with Garland Favorito about today’s ruling.

Here is what he told us.

Garland Favorito: We were really pleased that the court has ruled in our favor for the fifth time… It muted the attempt to dismiss our case and that’s why we think it’s a significant victory for us… And by the way, this is being portrayed as a loss for us in one or two of the media. But actually, it’s really funny, it’s actually a victory. This continues the string of victories we have. We obtained the original protective order, we got the provisional approval to inspect the ballots, we got access to ballot images, we got the order to unseal the ballots. So every time we’ve gone to court we’ve come up with some victory.

This is great news for those Americans interested in election integrity!

Liberal protesters are outraged over 'misogynist' statue of Marilyn Monroe in Palm Springs

A statue commemorating movie icon Marilyn Monroe is angering many on the left in Palm Springs, California.

"Having this giant, over-sized statue in this town, focusing on that objectification, is disturbing to me," said political activist Ellen Lockert to the Desert Sun.

The 26-foot-tall statue depicts one of the actresses' most celebrated and iconic scenes from "The Seven Year Itch" film in 1955. But some say the scene is sexist, and so is the statue.

The statue was created in 2011 by the artist Seward Johnson and has been displayed in numerous cities across the U.S. and Australia. It was housed in a dismantled state in a warehouse in New Jersey before it found its newest home in front of the art museum in Palm Springs.

The installation of the statue was marred by protests from those who want it to go away and equally raucous counterprotests from those who want it to stay. The city council has argued that the statue will draw more tourism and business to the downtown area.

Others complained that the statue was especially offensive during Pride Month.

"A colossal monument to misogyny is awful anytime, but its grand, celebratory unveiling during LGBTQ Pride Month is especially repugnant," wrote Los Angeles Times art critic Christopher Knight.

Critics of the statue have formed an organization called CReMa, the Committee to Relocate Marilyn, and are suing to move the statue on the basis of the historic designation of the museum.

"We're going to see the legal thing through to the very end, even if that means appealing and appealing and appealing," said CReMa co-founder Trina Turk. "I don't think the protests will be over either."

Mumford & Sons Banjo Player Regrets Caving to the Cancel Culture Mob. Now, He's Done Being Quiet

On Thursday, Mumford & Sons banjo player and lead guitarist Winston Marshall announced that he would be walking away from the band after the cancel culture mob targeted him for the unforgivable sin of praising antifa unmasker Andy Ngo. Marshall said he will be silent no longer, but he will also protect his fellow bandmates by stepping aside. He explained why he apologized, and why he now regrets the apology.

Marshall made the announcement in a deeply personal Medium post. He began by recounting his wonderful experiences in the band, and then asking, “Who in their right mind would willingly walk away from this? It turns out I would. And as you might imagine it’s been no easy decision.”

He recounted his sin: posting about Andy Ngo’s book Unmasked on Twitter. “Posting about books had been a theme of my social-media throughout the pandemic. I believed this tweet to be as innocuous as the others. How wrong I turned out to be.”

“I failed to foresee that my commenting on a book critical of the Far-Left could be interpreted as approval of the equally abhorrent Far-Right,” Marshall explained. “Nothing could be further from the truth. Thirteen members of my family were murdered in the concentration camps of the Holocaust. My Grandma, unlike her cousins, aunts and uncles, survived. She and I were close. My family knows the evils of fascism painfully well. To say the least. To call me ‘fascist’ was ludicrous beyond belief.”

Marshall explained that he could take the criticism, but “in the eyes of the public” his band is “a unity” and “it’s our singer’s name on the tin.” He recalled that “the distress brought to them and their families that weekend I regret very much. I remain sincerely sorry for that. Unintentionally, I had pulled them into a divisive and totemic issue.”

While his bandmates felt “pressure to nix” him, they invited Marshall to continue with the band.

“Rather predictably another viral mob came after me, this time for the sin of apologising. Then followed libellous articles calling me ‘right-wing’ and such. Though there’s nothing wrong with being conservative, when forced to politically label myself I flutter between ‘centrist’, ‘liberal’ or the more honest ‘bit this, bit that’. Being labeled erroneously just goes to show how binary political discourse has become,” Marshall recalled. “I had criticised the ‘Left’, so I must be the ‘Right’, or so their logic goes.”

Marshall did not intend to kowtow to the mob, but he apologized in order to protect his bandmates. “In the mania of the moment I was desperate to protect my bandmates,” he wrote. “The hornets’ nest that I had unwittingly hit had unleashed a black-hearted swarm on them and their families. I didn’t want them to suffer for my actions, they were my priority.”

He also explained that he apologized because he wanted to learn more about Ngo and his book, to make sure that the criticisms against Ngo were false.

Upon reflection, Marshall concluded, “The truth is that my commenting on a book that documents the extreme Far-Left and their activities is in no way an endorsement of the equally repugnant Far-Right. The truth is that reporting on extremism at the great risk of endangering oneself is unquestionably brave.”

“I also feel that my previous apology in a small way participates in the lie that such extremism does not exist, or worse, is a force for good,” he explained.

Marshall will not rescind his criticism of antifa, but he will also not continue to drag his bandmates into the cancel culture’s sights.

So he did the honorable thing and resigned from the band, giving up his lucrative and exciting job for the sake of his principles and to protect his bandmates.

Wisconsin Senate passes 'Second Amendment sanctuary' bill

The bill is unlikely to be signed by Wisconsin Democratic Gov. Tony Evers, who supports gun control laws.

The Republican-dominated Wisconsin Senate passed a bill that would make the state a "Second Amendment sanctuary."

The bill was passed Wednesday on a voice vote and aims to exempt the state from federal gun laws, according to The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The bill was passed June 9 in the GOP-controlled state Assembly, the Wisconsin legislature's lower chamber. If passed and signed into law, any firearm owned in Wisconsin that doesn't cross state lines would not be subject to any federal gun laws.

The bill would also prohibit the enforcement of federal laws and regulations such as a ban of semi-automatic weapons, requiring the registration of firearms, regulating the capacity of magazines or confiscating a firearm by officials.

The measure now heads to Democratic Gov. Tony Evers. Evers, He is unlikely to sign the bill as he has been a proponent of gun control legislation.

New York Accounting Program For High School Students BANS White Kids

White kids have been banned from applying to a summer accounting program for high school kids that is sponsored by a number of prominent New York institutions.

The Moynihan Scholarship Fund and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as nine major New York colleges, including five public universities, are sponsoring the program “Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession.” The seminar aims to expose 250 “promising underrepresented high school students” to the accounting profession.

According to Campus Reform:

“In addition to virtual sessions about forensic accounting, interviewing skills, public speaking, networking, and an ‘accounting profession overview’ featuring a panel discussion with experts in the profession.

Nine institutions of higher education in New York — including Ithaca College, Medgar Evers College, Rochester Institute of Technology, St. John’s University, Siena College, SUNY New Paltz, SUNY Oswego, the University at Buffalo, and Westchester Community College — are listed as hosts for the program, which is free of charge for students. . .

Five of the nine schools participating in the program — including Medgar Evers College, SUNY New Paltz, SUNY Oswego, the University at Buffalo, and Westchester Community College — are public universities funded by New York state.”

However, on the program’s application form, candidates must select a “race” or “ethnicity” choice with which they identify. On the application form, there are options for Hispanic, Black, Asian, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, and Native American. “White,” on the other hand, isn’t even a possibility.

Fulton County Hires CRIMINAL Attorneys to Stop Election Audit

On Thursday, we received news that Fulton County officials have hired two new CRIMINAL attorneys to stop the court-ordered Georgia audit.

This comes on the same day that Henry County Georgia Chief Judge Brian J. Amero ruled on the current Fulton County absentee ballot case.

The Audit War Room tweeted the following Georgia update: “Georgia Audit Update: Fulton County hired two new CRIMINAL DEFENSE attorneys to stop the court ordered review of 150k ballots. What is Fulton County trying to hide?!”

Fulton County is home to the infamous Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss who were caught pulling ballot boxes from under tables and scanning the same ballots multiple times after GOP elections observers were sent home on election night.

This is the same county where lying Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s team reported serious red flags on election night. Afterward, in January Raffensperger told “60 Minutes” the state of Georgia, “Had safe, secure, and honest elections.”

If Fulton county officials are SO confident in the security of Georgia’s election, why are they hiring CRIMINAL DEFENSE attorneys?

This is not how innocent people act. They are hiding something in Fulton County, Georgia.
